Pizza Dinner

Raymond's P.O.V
Before the delivery man brought boxes of pizza, I should have expected Mom would become loud when she was with Godmother Tina.

Anyway, the boxes of pizza are here, so we sat on the table to have pizzas for dinner.

"Raymond, Lincoln told me you are an electrician", Godmother Tina started the conversation with me.

"Yes, I started the career since I was 18 years of age", I answered.

"How do you like it?", she asked.

"I never thought I would enjoy it honestly", I admitted.

I noticed Nancy was staring at me. I did not know what she was thinking.

I realized I was staring at Raymond. Aside from the fact he was an electrician, he was cute! How did my childhood rival transform into someone, who could become a model for a magazine that was intended for young adult girls?

"Raymond, your career has reminded me about my daughter", Dad suddenly spoke. "Nancy, have you decided which college you will go and which major you will pick?"

I wanted to become a video game designer, and I had 2 colleges in my mind: 1.) Green Jade University, which was in Washington's state capital: Seattle. 2.) Bee University, which was in Billings, Montana (yes, this option would require me to relocate to the state).

"I want to pursue in Computer Science Degree to become a video game designer", I lowly answered. "However, I do not know where will I go yet."

"At least, you know your career path, which is a start", Dad commented.

I noticed Raymond was looking at me. I wonder what he was thinking.

Nancy said she wanted to become a video game designer. I started to admire that girl, but she was still my childhood rival.
