🌸Kahei's POV:

Today there wasn't any training for Shinazugawa and me. So I decided to spend the day in my place to get a break from Shinazugawa's harshness towards the other corps members. I swear... I had to do so much work just because he was stubborn...

I was watering my plants one by one in my garden until I noticed an unfamiliar crow. I looked at it closely, it was a Kasugai crow, but who's?

After a few seconds of looking at the sky to see the bird flying in a circle around my estate, I heard a step and I immediately looked to my right. Someone with a Japanese straw hat had his body turned towards me. He had a white Nagagi, with a colorful Haori that fitted mine, the main color was marine, with orange, pink, and other colored flowers as the pattern. He also wore a black Hakama, with Setta sandals.

"Ten...Tenjikubotan?" I asked hesitantly, not wanting to think I was wrong. The male figure then moved his straw hat so I could see his face, and that's when happiness came to my mind. He had green eyes, and black hair too. I quickly bowed down with respect, as I knew my brother was in front of me.

"No formalities, Kahei. I'm your brother." He replied, before walking closer to me, his crow landing to reach his shoulder under his big straw hat. "I apologies Onii-San." I replied.

"Aren't you supposed to do the 'Hashira Training'?" He asked, his eyes looking around at his new environment. "Yes, but today I have a break... He read your letter by the way.." I informed my brother, nodding to my statement.

"I suppose that means that we can't go and look up at this castle, right?" He said, "Correct. Shinazugawa-san is training with Tomioka-san... and Obanai is teaching the corps members with Yoko-chan." I replied, my brother's eyes gazed at my flowers as he listened to me.

I had multiple Japanese flowers, and I believe he recognized them from somewhere else... They were the same type of flowers my mother had in our birth home. "It's... been a long time... I haven't seen flowers..." He said honestly. He then kneeled to reach a flower, the crow on his shoulder moving to leave him space before my brother gently and slowly touched a flower.

My brother became a swordsman a long time ago when I was 8, he started at a Mizunoto rank at the age of 15, and now at 26, he's one of the most known legends in the Demon Slayer Corps. He must have seen worse things than I've in my life, but seeing him this gentle with a flower brought me a little bundle of joy...

I then welcomed my brother into my house, so he could relax a bit while we continued talking for hours about what had been happening in our lives... Of course, I haven't told him about the little...action that happened between me and Shinazugawa...

Later, around the night, I wanted to talk with Shinazugawa, and apparently, he wanted to also. We met up at a entry with a long line of stairs and lights. Sanemi was angry, like always...

During his training with Tomioka, Tanjiro showed up and talked about Shinazugawa's favorite food... though, knowing him... he wouldn't like it... of course... He considers Tanjiro as a 'good for nothing'... a 'moron' and also a 'jerk'...

He was currently walking down the stairs in front of me while acting grumpy, probably thinking again about Tanjiro. I looked away for a second gathering my thoughts...
