Sitara sat on her chair, facing the window. The proffesor was teaching on a topic which she didn't concentrated on. Her mind was wandering somewhere else.

She seemed too lost. And behind that stands two reasons. One is the sentences that have been swirling around her head since yesterday's event. And the other is the absence of a certain someone. She has been so used to his presence that his absence doesn't settle well with her.

Even after knowing he won't be coming, she still gazes outside in the hope of him coming.

She sighed audibly at the thought. She didn't really know how to react to the confession. Yes, she do like him. But love? It was a strong word. She wasn't sure about it. What was love in the first place? Taking care of a specific person, being with them at their worst and best, finding peace within them.

If this is love then she also have these feelings for him. Does that mean she loves him? How did he come to know that he loves her? When he felt possesive of her.

What about her? Would she be able to see any other girl with him? This brought her to the moment when she saw Abir with Divya. She face palmed herself thinking of it. She even cried about it like a child.

But truth to be told. Another girl with Abir doesn't settle well with her. It would internally pain her to see him with some other girl who isn't her.

Sitara never thought this secret one sided crush of hers will turn out completely different. She never thought Abir will reciprocate the feelings or more his feelings would be stronger.

She sighed and leaned back on her chair. Even her board's exam wasn't this hard. This was way more complicated and hard to decide.

Just a single decision of hers and both of their lives would be changed. Either in a good way or a bad way. She wondered what would happen if she says no. Would he stop talking to her? Or would he ignore her? The thought itself made her heart heavy. She wouldn't be able to handle his ignorance. It would hurt her. More than she can even think.

Sitara was confused of her feelings and more than that she was scared. Scared of the consequences she was going to face if she says yes. Now that she knows about the family rivalry. She was really worried about it. Although Abir and Sitara weren't officially a couple but they were no less than that too.

They were far more than friends or bestfriends. But they claimed to be bestfriends, hiding each other's feelings behind the facade of 'bestfriends'.

Sitara was worried, thinking what would happen if her father somehow came to know about it. The thought itself sent her shivers. She has never seen the bad side of her father. But she was aware of his uncontrollable rage.

What would Abir's family react to it? The thought was eating her up.

"Oi" a sudden shook brought her out from her thoughts. She looked beside her to see Akansha eyeing her worriedly.

"What's wrong? You seem lost and disturbed. Did something happen?" She asked in concern.

"Nothing" Sitara shook her head and forced a smile, trying to assure her.

"Tara, you know right you can share it to me. If there's anything disturbing you tell me" Akansha now fully turned to her.

"There's nothing Anshu. I am just not feeling too well that's why I am not able to concentrate on the class" Sitara sighed and responded softly.

"You sure?" Akansha asked touching her forehead. Sitara nodded with a small smile.

"Rest well if you don't feel well" Akansha patted her shoulder softly. Sitara sighed softly and gaze towards the window.
