Sitara hummed as she swirled the spoon in the glass. The smile on her face never left. A soft blush stayed over her cheeks. Highlighting her face."Kya baat hai Tara, aaj toh aap bara khush nazar aa rahi hai" the worker in her home commented teasingly, seeing her smiling the whole time.
(Waah! Today you are seen very happy Tara)"Haan kaki. Mein bohot khush hoon aaj" Sitara answered with a grin. The middle aged lady chuckled seeing her happiness.
(Yes kaki. I am really happy today)"Aap ki khushi ke piche jo bhi karan ho, bhagwan kare woh hamesha rahe" the lady raked her hand over her hair lovingly. Sitara felt her heart blooming in happiness, the simple and mere loving words touched her heart.
(I hope whatever the reason behind your happiness is, it remains forever)"Ji kaki. Shukriya" she thanked with a smile.
(Yes kaki, thank you)She soon turned her attention to the smoothie she was making.
"Smoothie smoothie" she singsang happily, swaying her hips in a dancing rhythm.
Last night's events turned a troll over her. She hasn't been able to recover from the 'kiss' they had. All the time, only it has been roaming around her head, body, soul and everything.
She could still feel the kiss. Feel the soft feeling of his lips over hers. The gentleness and the harshness of his lips. The feeling of his warm tongue inside her mouth.
Her cheeks warmed up thinking of it. A soft giggle escaped her lips. God! She has gone crazy surely. Looking at her smoothie, which was ready. She turned back abruptly with enthusiasm, with a smile on her face. Only for it to be fallen off, after seeing the person standing infront of her.
Her elder bua, Rakhi.
Sitara just stared at her nervously. She didn't say thing. Only stared at her with cold eyes. Sitara waited for her to speak up something but she never did.
"Bua, aap ko kuch chahiye?" She asked with a small smile. Rakhi didn't said anything. She just passed her a cold glare and walked out of the kitchen.
(Do you want anything?)Sitara stood there with a slightly sad face. She didn't know what was wrong with her Rakhi bua. She somehow was always upset with her. The way she does things, the way she behaves, the way she talks, the way she eat, the way she sit, everything.
Sitara could never understand her. What she ever wanted from her. Nor she could understand.
With a sigh, she picked up the glass and walked out of the kitchen, walking towards the dining table. Seeing the dishes laid there, she couldn't stop the smile that slipped on her lips.
"Pancakes!" She exclaimed happily. Yash smiled seeing his little daughter chripping happily. He couldn't want more than this.
"Bhaiya and i specially made it for you" Radha grinned. Sitara immediately turned to her father in surprise.
"Really baba?" She smiled widely. Yash just smiled at her.
"My Tara loves pancakes so I can surely make one, isn't it?" He raised a brow a her playfully, making her giggle. She immediately run to him and circled her arms around his neck in a warm side hug.
Yash laughed and kissed her temple.
"Wow! You forgot me. I am hurt" Radha fake glared. Sitara laughed at it and quickly went to her, kissing her on the cheek. Radha smiled at her and pulled her cheeks.
"Badmas. Come and sit here" she patted the chair next to her. Sitara nodded and took her seat. She rubbed her hands together in anticipation.
