Jacqueline's POV

I'm in Riker's bunk on the tour bus. The Lynch's and Ellington are sitting around me. They are so funny! Ross laid down next to me and put his arm around me and have me a quick peck on the cheek.

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry. All these injuries were my fault-"

"Ross not again. You don't have to feel guilty...I'm fine."

"No. You're not. And it's all my fault!"

Then Rocky spoke up "Ross, chill dude. Here have a snickers!" He handed a confused Ross a candy bar.

Then Ratliff said "you're not you when you're hungry!" Everyone laughed as Rocky and Ratliff high fived and danced around. Even Ross let out a smile. He opened the snickers bar and ripped off a piece.

He started to feed it to me. "Ross I don't know if I can eat it." I looked down at where the stitches were in my stomach. He seemed to understand and suddenly flung the candy bar across the room.

"God! This is all my fault!" He shouted getting to his feet. Riker entered from through the curtains where he has been getting a drink and shoved Ross onto the bed across from mine.

Riker's POV

"Cool it, dude!"  I spat in Ross' face.  I was on top of him, holding down his arms and legs.  "Look," my voice became more gentle, "I know you like this girl-"

Ross cut me off, " I LOVE her, man!"  I know Ross better than almost anyone else.  He 'falls in love' everywhere we go.  It's always been like that...although I've never seen him THIS passionate about a girl.

"Ross, don;t make rash decisions.  You are just overwhelmed.  A lot happened in the past-" he cut me off again.

"Yea, a lot did happen.  I fell in love.  Then I let the girl I love get beat up.  And now I'm never going to see her again?!"

"Ross, calm down.  You will see her again, but you have to finish the-" He jumped out from underneath me- I knew that would happen eventually, he was stronger than me-but in the process, his foot kicked Jacqueline in the gut.  She let out a yelp and when I finally got to her, I saw tears in her eyes.

Ross jumped up.  "I'm so sorry! I-" This time I cut him off.

"Ross, why don't you go to the kitchen and calm down for a bit?" He did what I asked, more because he couldn't stand to see Jacqueline cry than because he wanted to follow my commands.  I sat down next to Jacqueline and asked, "Are you okay?"

She whispered "Yes."  But tear were still streaming down her cheeks.  "I'm sorry." she said.  I was taken by surprise.

"For what?" I asked genuinely.

"For Ross.  I shouldn't have come up on stage in the first place.  I was being selfish, and I ruined your concert and now Ross is acting like this and-"

"Jacqueline, nothing that happened is your fault.  Ross is a hopeless romantic and he thinks he's in love.  He might be right, by the way.  I've never seen him act this crazy." I gave a weak laugh and continued, "But I can honestly say that I'm glad that all this happened.  I feel like I have known you forever.  You seem like another little sister to me."  It was the truth.  I knew what Ross meant about this girl, she was different.

"Thanks, Riker.  You're an awesome big brother." I pecked her on the top of the head and went to the kitchen to talk to Ross."
