"I swear my hair looks so bad right now," Alex chuckled and sipped on her soda whilst her arm was wrapped tightly around the stuffed toy's neck, holding it against her.
"I lost my beanie already, I'm the one suffering here!" Kyle laughed. The two were sitting across each other at the amusement park's eating area. Kyle held a corn dog and talked to Alex after trying out the fast roller coasters, taking a short break.
"Other than your fringe, all of your hair is a dark dirty blonde colour," Alex pointed out, reaching to play with Kyle's lighter-blonde coloured fringe. She smiled and grabbed her soda again and sipped from the straw.
Kyle shook his head and chuckled to himself, his shoulders lightly bouncing. He got up and threw the stick of his corndog into a nearby trash can as Alex got up as well.
"Let's walk around a bit," she suggested and threw her soda cup in the trash can as well. Kyle didn't say anything, he just nodded his head and they continued to walk together aimlessly, following wherever the trail of the amusement park lead to.
"Hm... I just realised that I haven't named this kitty yet," Alex hummed, analysing the stuffed toy in her hands. Kyle turned his head and looked at the toy.
"Muffins?" He suggested.
"Oh, wait! How about Kyle Jr.?" Kyle said quickly to change his other suggestion. Alex laughed and lightly shoved Kyle a little.
"Oh, calm down. Nah, something else..." Alex tilted her head to the side, thinking of a nice name.
Kyle's eyes drifted to Alex's face, her talking tuned out. He smiled, she's acting like her normal self again. She doesn't seem stressed, she doesn't seem worried, she doesn't seem to be unhappy. She forgets things easily, she must've forgotten what was troubling her. Whatever was on her mind earlier was gone at the moment, she was really enjoying herself.
Ultimately, he was happy that she was happy.
"-and that's why Robby shouldn't make surprise pizza's." She finished. Kyle shook out of his little daze, snapping back into reality.
"Yeah, totally." Kyle nodded in agreement in whatever she was talking about. He pulled out his iPhone from his back pocket.
7:40
"Oh, Alex its seven forty," Kyle stopped walking and stared at his phone's screen.
"Wait, already?" Alex mused, looking at Kyle's phone.
"Yea, time flies fast." He said as he slid his phone back into his back pocket.
"We should go back,"
"Alright, it's getting pretty late- oh! Kyle, Kyle look!" Alex shook his arm, pointing at a Farris wheel.
"Can we go in this last one?" Alex asked, looking at Kyle.
"Cool, sure. We can go on this before we leave," Kyle agreed and the two teens walked up to the ride. After paying the man, he let them sit on the seat for two with Alex holding the stuffed animal in her arms.
The ride was super slow, this is the slow moving type of Farris Wheels.
"Damn this breeze feels great," Kyle said, taking in the breeze.
"Fresh air, baby!" He boasted, making him and Alex both burst out in laughter.
As they got to the top, the Farris Wheel was gradually moving slower and slower until it stopped once Kyle and Alex made it to the very top.
"Oh my God, look at this sunset!" Alex said and stared at the fascinating orange-red sky. The red sun sunk lower behind the mountains, it's last bit of rays beaming, making the sky it's colour it is now.
"Isn't it beautiful, Kyle?" She asked him. Kyle smiled and nodded as he looked at Alex.
She held the toy in her arms as she stared out into the sunset. The soft breeze up here rustled her vibrant red hair softly as the soft red-orange coloured sky illuminated her face, creating shadows here and there in all the right places. She had a closed smile, examining every featured of the sunset and mountains. Her green eyes took in the light of the sunset's rays, making them seem a lighter coloured green, overall making her eyes seem more enhanced.
Kyle's smiled faded. His mouth was open ever so slightly, examining all the features of Alex's face and figure.
Her beauty was extraordinary.
"Yeah... beautiful..." He whispered. It didn't take long until they both felt the Farris Wheel moving again.
Once they got to the bottom, they both unstrapped themselves from the seats and started walking out the amusement park.
"That was an amazing view," Alex smiled as the two walked down the street.
"Yeah, yeah it was." Kyle gave a half smile.
They both walked to the bus slowly as the sky darkened, and they finally made it to their bus.
Kyle opened the door for Alex and she stepped in as Kyle followed.
"Oh, there you guys are," Bryan spoke up first, noticing Alex and Kyle just got in the tour bus. Robby, Jordan, and Johnnie looked up from their laptops to look at the two.
"Hey," Alex greeted back.
"Where's Damon?" Kyle questioned.
"He's sleeping." Bryan answered. Bryan's eyes went from Alex's face to the big stuffed toy in her hands and back to her again.
"Cool, where'd you get that?" Bryan questioned.
"Oh, Kyle and I went to the amusement park near here. Kyle won this for me," she smiled, hugging the toy. Bryan nodded his head.
"Thats nice," he smiled and went back to using his laptop again.
"Hey Alex, look in the fridge," Johnnie told her all of a sudden, nodding to the fridge.
Alex had confusion on her face and placed the stuffed toy on the chair before she went and opened the fridge like Johnnie asked. She opened it to have her eyes widen.
"Woah..." She turned around and stood up slowly, holding two Peace Tea cans in her hands and stepped aside.
"Johnnie?..." She questioned. Johnnie smiled up at her.
"Yea, I bought a couple of Peace Teas for you whilst you were gone today," he explained. Alex looked to the cans she was holding and to the fridge, a smile plastered on her face. Kyle looked at her as Alex put a Peace Tea back in the fridge and walked up to Johnnie.
"This isn't just a 'couple' of Peace Teas, it's a shit load! You didn't have to go through the trouble to get these for me," she said. Johnnie shrugged his shoulders, a derpy smile on his face.
"I just wanted to get some for you anyways," he explained casually.
"Some? There's like 34 cans in there, oh my God, thank you thank you thank you, Johnnie!" She closed the laptop and hugged Johnnie with one Peace Tea in her right hand. Johnnie chuckled and hugged her back.
"It's no problem," Alex pulled away with the smile still plastered on her face.
"Thank you so much though," she thanked him again before picking up the stuffed animal on the chair and walked back to the bunks.
Johnnie smiled, watching Alex walk away with the Peace Tea in her hand and to the bunks. He turned his head to see Kyle staring at him.
They locked a glance a few seconds with no emotion on neither one of their faces before Kyle walked down to the bunks as well and Johnnie went back using his laptop again.
