chapter 26 - the search

Today was an interesting day it's been about 5 days since they've been looking for the book and this was the last national park in California that they haven't searched yet when they got there Elijah could feel a presence in the park

Elijah decided to search the park himself since he could do it himself in half the time it takes for the whole team to search and they decided to let him search on his own because the also knew he could do it

So then Elijah was off into the park he wasn't really sure where to look but he knew that it was in the park he could feel it the park wqs 3.3 million Acres he was able to cover 1.8 millions acres within 11 seconds

There was a big mountain in the park and when Elijah got near it he could feel the book and the mountain had a small opening and Elijah went in ut was pitch black and there the book was Elijahs remembers what angel said but he hasn't seen anything yet

But then Elijah stepped closer and still nothing but when he touched the book the inside of te mountain transformed into a infinity plan of nothingness but then a being appeared with Bright red eyes with symbols in them

Elijah doesn't look scared in the slightest by this being and then it starts speaking "what is it you seek with using this book" Elijah replied with "to go to the multiverse and explore"

The being then looked at Elijah and said "your reason is foolish if you want it then fight me" Elijah is starting to get excited he hasn't really fought with his now powers yet

The being then pulled out a staff and a book out of his pocket dimension which is pretty big Elijah could tell which means he probably has pocket dimension so now the fight begins

Elijah goes in for the first hit but then the being opens the book and writes really fast and then Elijah hits him and says "i take no damage" Elijah was pretty weirded out by that because that punch was pretty strong but then the being hit Elijah back and he went flying while Elijah was flying he pointed his finger at the being and a beam of light came out

Somehow the being was able to write in the book faster than light so by the time the beam hit him it did nothing Elijah was now actually terrified but he had one more things up his sleeve Elijah snapped his fingers and his pocket dimension opened up and the room went dark

The being could feel the effects of his power draining before he even got consumed by the darkness Elijah made sure it drained him fast it had almost been 2 seconds wnd half of his energy was already gone but before things got worse he put energy to his staff and hit the air then the dimension collapsed the being was left with half of his energy and then Elijah came from behind and put his hand on his back

And the being could feel Elijah putting corrupted energy in him and he quickly reacted but the energy is still in him and corrupted energy drains your normal enery until nothings left Elijah could feel his life force weakening

Elijah said" we could stop and you live or we could keep going and you die" the being then said "I'm not gonna lose or die" then he wrote something down in his book and put energy in his staff Elijah was about to to hit him again but then he hit the air and his pocket dimension came out but he also fused it with Elijahs using it against him

The beings dimension was a temple with a leather book in the middle  and Elijah could feel his enery being draind but then he snapped his fingers and energy start filling into him so he wont have to deal with his own dimension but then the being flipped the page and Elijahs powers stopped working

Elijah was shocked that such a being exist he did have much time to do much so then he pulled out a staff from his hand and stopped time the being was still moving but everything else stopped

The being then flipped the page again but he couldn't move anymore the corrupted energy got to him and his dimension faded away and he was on the ground Elijah could use his powers again and decide to revive the being

After some time the being woke up and asked why Elijah healed him and it's because Elijah wants to know more about this being he's intrigued by it's power

The being then begins to speak and says there name is omnis and he wrote both multiversal books and that he assumes angel told him about this place Elijah was surprised by this but maybe him and angel met before omnis also says a few rules about the book before giving it to Elijah

Rule 1 the owner of the book gets there own multiversal staff and book

Rule 2 if the spells are incomplete or the user doesn't have enough energy to complete them the universe could collapse in on itself

Rule 3 if the book isn't within the hands of the owner the spell will not activate

Rule 4 using spell 12,15,19 and 3 will kill the owner if both books are not in a 5 Kilometer radius of the owner

Omnis the puts his hand inside of his pocket dimension and grabs the book and hands it to Elijah

With the book in Elijahs possession Elijah decides to do something unthinkable he then opens up his pocket dimension and grabe the first book

Omnis then looked at Elijah now with both book and he knew what Elijah was about to do and tried to intervene but then Elijah merged the 2 books together and all hell broke lose

The universe started to crumble and collapse in on itself Elijah couldn't have seen this coming onnis looked very scared because this was the whole universe even Elijah was gonna be affected

Elijah now realizing what he did he then looks outside the mountain and it was already pretty bad things floating in the air stars disappearing and things getting deformed

Elijah looked at his team from a distance and made the decision to sacrifice everything he flipped through the pages and found a spell that could undo the damage but at the cost of ever bit of power Elijah had and it could only be used once a thousand years

Elijah the did it every thing he had was put into this spell and a big explosion happened and Elijah fainted and omnis teleports Elijah to his team where Elijah belongs
