Chapter 6
Six Days Later
Saturday

kehlani stated at the little clear bag of Xanax Niko gave her, she had already popped one and was waiting to see what the effects were going to be like. It was ten-thirty on the dot and she had plans to hang out with Niko.

"Hey, Kehlani!" Gina called out, the sound of her heels clicking toward Kehlani's bedroom.

She quickly shoved the bag into her back pocket standing up. "Yeah?"

"Im about to head out" She entered the room dressed in red attire holding a jacket and sweats in her arms. Gina had overslept and was running a little late for her shift.

"Ouu I like that color on you" Kehlani complimented while admiring her figure.

"Thanks" Gina giggled. "Are you coming with me?" Gina asked noticing she was dressed up too.

"Uh no, I'm hanging out with Niko tonight."

"Mhmm don't bring any girls home Kehlani Ashely"

"Yes Ma'am!" she said with a fake serious tone. Walking towards her. "Come on I'll walk you out." She rested her hand on her lower back, holding onto her hand making sure Gina didn't trip on her way to her car.

"You be safe tonight, Cinnamon" Kehlani said opening her car door.

Gina playfully rolled her eyes, hearing her stage name come out of Kehs' mouth was strange to her and after a few years of naming herself Cinnamon's Kiss she began to dislike it every day, but unfortunately, that's what stuck.

Gina kissed her cheek leaving behind a red lip stain, before getting in. "You too"

Kehlani smiled shaking her head, making sure Gina was all the way in the car before shutting it. As Gina drove off, Kehlani walked over to her car as it was almost time to meet up with Niko. Linking up at the shed per usual.

She felt a sense of calm wash over her, her anxiety melting away. On the drive there, knowing that there wasn't going to be any possibility of getting her amped up made her feel at ease. When Kehlani arrived, Niko was already there, waiting for her with a smile, his fit body leaning up against his car.

They greeted each other with a hug. After their last conversation, Kehlani had a new perspective on him and had more respect for him than she had before.

"We're driving my car."

"Good cuz Ima be drinkin'" Kehlani celebrated, sticking her tongue out doing her little two-step.

After 20 minutes of driving Niko pulled up to a mansion, with tons of cars parked out front.

"Why the hell do you need a house that damn big" she muttered taking in every aspect of the home with windows at every turn.

Niko chuckled. "Stop hating!"

"Yeah right just park the car." Kehlani waved him off. After circling around twice he landed a parking space across from the mansion.

And to no surprise, it was more packed than what it looked like from the outside. Niko and Kehlani made their way through the large crowd. She had never seen so many people under one roof before, this made the club look halfway empty.

Niko met up with some friends, no one Kehlani would've known. "And this is Kehs, the homie" he introduced her.

"Hey, im Summer, this is Carlos and Sydney" Summer took the initiative to introduce herself and their two male friends. They all were very different with unique styles and erotic auras.
