Chapter 4

She was running through the forest when she accidentally stepped on a tree branch dang it she thought. She was a dark gray she-cat with a white ear and a bright pink nose. And one white paw. Her whole family had one white right paw, just like her "Who's there?" another cat said. She started running back. The last time she ran back was when... she ran away from the foxhunter. The one who got her from her family... She ran as fast as she could. "COME BACK!" Another cat said. Eventually, she gave up. She slowly jogged back. "Who are you?" The fox that said come back. She said. "Stay back." She said. " I've fought other cats and I'm not afraid to do the same to you." But after she said that, she noticed they both had one white paw, just like her. "What are your guys names?" She said. The fox that said whos there said "I'm Dreampaw and that's Midnightpaw." Her father told their names before he... No she thought. I'm not going to think about that. He would want me to be strong. "What is your name, since we told you ours?" Midnightpaw said. "Stormkit." She said. " I'm six moons behind because I was lost in the forest." She hoped that they wouldn't ask why she was six moons behind. "Why are you behind, though?" Dreampaw asked. Stormkit took a deep breath. "Me and my family were chased by fox hunters when I was little... 

She didn't want them to say oh it's all right, because she knows it won't be. The cut Stormkit got across her stomach was hurting so bad. She got chased by foxhunters and they almost got her. " I had a dream and the voice that was talking to me said for me to find you guys." Now Stormkit's cut was bleeding that she could see it in the night. "Do you guys happen to be a medicine fox?" After she said that she fell to the floor you are being so dramatic Stormkit thought. Right after she thought that, she passed out.

Stormkit's dream was weird. She was in a dark den with nothing but six glow berries in a circle , like the moons she missed. Stormkit thought it was a coincidence, but after what she's been through, she had to think smarter. A voice was talking in her mind "Tell them." The voice said. "Tell who? Dreampaw and Midnightpaw? And tell them what?" Stormkit asked. "Yes." The voice said. "Tell them that you're their sister." Then Stormkit's dream ended. She woke up on a pile of moss. She looked at her stomach and there was a projuice of herbs. "Are you feeling better?" Midnightpaw asked. "You passed out so me and Dreampaw took you to our clan so Dreampaw could heal you." "Where is Dreampaw, anyways?" Stormkit asked. "She went to find more cobwebs,shes always been talented with herbs Midnightpaw explained.

Oh Stormkit thought. " Can I tell you something? But can you tell Dreampaw also?" Stormkit asked "Sure." Midnightpaw said. "What do you want to tell us?" Stormkit was very scared. What would they think? "I had a dream and.... It said I am you and Dreampaw's sister." She said. "I mean that explains why we all have one white paw." Midnightpaw said. "What clan are you guys in anyways? Lightclan? And when will I have 'paw' at the end of my name?" Midnightpaw looked puzzled. "Lightclan was our old name,and that was a long long time ago. Now it's Sparkleclan. You will have 'paw' at the end of your name when you are six moons old -which you already are- and when you come to your clan." Midnightpaw said. " How do you know what clan you're in?" Stormkit asked. Midnightpaw responded calmly "Well whatever clan your birth parents are in, you're in as well." Stormkit was told that you could cross clans so she was confused. "I thought you could cross clans, though?" Stormkit said. Midnightpaw frowned. "We used to be able to but that was before we formed clans a long long long time ago, but we're not supposed to. Did you ever learn the clan code?" Midnightpaw said. "It's a code created by our ancestors that we have to follow." Dreampaw came back into the room with a big piece of white bandage. "Hey, how does the cut feel?" She asked "Fine." Stormkit responded
