Midnightpaw went out early to hunt and get food for them. She new she wasnt supposed to but Stormkit looked sickly and there was nothing left on the kill pile She walked off into the forest to find prey she got into the hunter's crouch, her tail and belly off the ground Midnightpaw opened her mouth to eat in the scents and after a few moments she smelt squirrel.Midnightpaw stalked it watching carefully waiting it stopped and started digging up a nut.She found the perfect time and pounced at it and heard its little shriek of pain as it died.Midnightpaw kept hunting in the morning till her jaws were full.She started carrying it back to both Dreampaw and Stormkit.

Midnightpaw went into the den and called out through prey¨"Stormkit! Dreampaw, Im back!"¨¨"How great that smells."¨Stormkit said standing up and rushing over while Midnightpaw put it down. "Eat".Midnight paw said as Stormkit and Dreampaw started grabbing prey.[there was only like 5 pieces and Midnightpaw dropped 3 pieces off at the kill pile] ' 'Your welcome'' Midnightpaw said to Dreampaw and Stormkit smiling proudly. 

Midnightpaw grabbed a Bird and started eating it and enjoying it and giving thanks to Starclan for this prey and wondered ' 'Stormkit, Do you know what Lunarclan is?' 'Stormkit did not respond ¨Suit yourself¨ 'Midnightpaw said to Stormkit and kept eating her fresh bird.

After their food Midnightpaw got up and looked around' 'I'm going to go on a patrol i'll be back by sunhigh.' ' Midnightpaw walked off and gathered with the other foxes for patrols.' 'Blazefur you lead the border patrol take Mistypool,Spikefur, And Midnightpaw.' ' Frostbite said while organizing patrols ' 'Okay Frostbite.' ' Blazefur said While Midnightpaw walked over to get in the group.' 'What border are we going to first?' 'Midnightpaw asked Blazefur ' 'We are going to the Lakeclan border first than we will check the shadeclan border and than we will come back. ' 'Blazefur Explained to Midnightpaw ' 'Okay.' 'Midnightpaw said walking out of camp with MistyPool Blazefur and Spikepaw.

Midnightpaw walked over to the Thunderpath and sniffed than stepped back smelling a disgusting stench ' 'Eww what's that smell' ' Midnightpaw complained.' 'That's just the stench of the monsters breath' 'Blazefur responded,' 'this thunderpath is rarely used to be abandoned Let's patrol' 'Blazefur said' 'Okay let's go' 'Midnightpaw said as she started walking around and marking border around the Lightningpath bearing the stench.
