Yeonjun rushed to the hospital, his heart racing with worry after receiving the urgent call from the doctors. As he entered the ward, he was met with the somber faces of his parents, who were already seated beside his grandma's bed. He approached them, still trying to process the news.

"Mom, Dad, I thought you were still in Thailand for your business meeting?" Yeonjun asked, confusion etched on his face. "When did you guys get back?"

His parents exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with concern. "We finished our work earlier than expected," his mother explained gently. "We had to cut our trip short when we received the news about Eommonim's condition deteriorating. We came back as soon as we could."

Yeonjun's father added, "We were worried sick about her, and we didn't want to be away during this difficult time."

Yeonjun nodded, feeling a mix of emotions: relief that his parents were there to support him, but also anxiety about his grandma's health. He looked at his grandma, who lay frail and vulnerable in the hospital bed, and his heart ached with love and concern.

Yeonjun wrapped his arms tightly around his father's waist, offering a comforting hug. "It's going to be okay, Appa," he said softly, trying to reassure him. His father, feeling a mix of emotions, hugged him back, holding onto him for a moment.

Meanwhile, Yeonjun's mother reached out and gently took her husband's hand in hers, her eyes filled with empathy. "Yeobo, it will be okay," she whispered. Her voice was calm and soothing, trying to ease the tension in the room.

As they stood there, holding hands and embracing, the weight of their concern for grandma's health hung in the air. But in that moment, they found comfort in each other's presence, drawing strength from their love and support for one another.

The dimly lit hospital room was quiet, except for the soft beeping of machines monitoring Park Yoon Hee ssi's condition. The darkness outside seemed to press in, making the room feel even more intimate. A few minutes later, the door creaked open, and Dr. Lee, grandma's usual doctor, entered with a senior doctor, Dr. Kim. The fluorescent lights overhead flickered to life, casting a pale glow on the somber faces.

Dr. Kim's presence commanded attention, and Yeonjun's parents straightened up, sensing the gravity of the situation. The clock on the wall read 6:47 PM, and the late hour only added to the sense of urgency.

"Good evening," Dr. Kim said, his voice firm but compassionate. "I'm Dr. Kim, the head of geriatric care. I've been reviewing Park Yoon Hee ssi's case, and I believe it's essential to transfer her to our facility in Pohang for further treatment and care."

Dr. Kim turned to Yeonjun's parents, his eyes searching for the official guardian. "I need the patient's official guardian to sign these papers, authorizing the transfer and ensuring continuity of care."

Yeonjun's parents exchanged confused glances, their faces etched with concern. "Pohang? What's going on?" his mother asked, turning to Dr. Kim. "We don't understand. What's happening with my mother-in-law?"

Dr. Lee stepped forward, a gentle smile on his face. "I apologize for the confusion. I had already explained the situation to Yeonjun earlier today."

Yeonjun's father frowned, his eyes narrowing slightly. "What do you mean? Yeonjun didn't mention anything to us."

Dr. Lee nodded understandingly. "I see. Well, let me brief you both. Park Yoon Hee ssi has been expressing a strong desire to return to Pohang, her hometown. Given her condition, we believe it's essential to grant her this wish, as it may improve her mental and emotional well-being."

Yeonjun's mother looked puzzled. "But why Pohang? What's so special about it?"

Dr. Lee's expression turned sympathetic. "From what Yeonjun told me, Park Yoon Hee ssi has fond memories of Pohang and wants to spend her remaining time there. We've arranged for her transfer to our facility in Pohang, which specializes in geriatric care."
