4. Wedding shopping

In Kim's house:
After Wooshik and Byeol left, everyone gathered in the living room. Everyone except Jungkook and Jin sat on the couch. Both of them sat on the ground in front of Aecha and Aeri respectively. Jungkook laid his head on his mom's lap while she was caressing and playing with his hair lovingly. Jungkook absolutely loves when his mom does that to him, it gives him comfort and warmth. Jin was tired and his body was aching, so he requested his wife to give him a head and shoulder massage. He laid his head on her lap and she started massaging it.

Aecha started "So, what do you think about them?" No one was ready to speak so Yoongi started "I like them. They are good, as of now. I am sure you chose the right person to yourself and I am not questioning it. I am really happy that you found love after many years" he stopped unable to understand how to form the right sentences "But I don't accept him as my dad, not right now. No one can replace appa. But I am fully ready to give him a chance, to be my father figure. May be life has given a second chance for all of us to bring back the lost father's love. So, why not give a chance. About Byeol, she is cool except for the fact she is so loud. Ughh! I hate loud people, I need to take care of another brat now. I am sure 4 of these are going to create more troubles for me" he said pointing towards his three youngest brothers.

Taehyung showed his teeth smile to Yoongi and threw himself upon him. "Yahh! Leave me, get up idiot" Yoongi said being annoyed with his behaviour. "No, I love you Yoongs" he said and hugged him more tight. Yoongi gave up and accepted his fate.

Aecha was amazed at Yoongi's words. She didn't say anything and waited for others to speak. "I don't have any problem with him. He seems nice to me. Byeol is also good, I want to know her more, she seems interesting" this time it was Jimin who replied. "I am with Yoongi except for the Byeol part. She is a very nice girl. I would like to strengthen our bond" Jin replied shortly. Aecha hummed and waited for other. "Me too eomma, I am with Yoongi hyung" Hoseok said and Namjoon nodded his head agreeing with him.

Everyone looked at the younger twins waiting for their answer. Taehyung felt a sudden wave of sadness in him. He understood that his twin was sad. So he left Yoongi and sat down near Jungkook "Jungkookie is crying" he said making others look at him with a surprised face. "Are you crying?" Aecha asked with a concerned voice but that made Jungkook cry more. "What happened baby? What made you cry, hmm" she asked softly while patting his back.

Jungkook stopped after crying for around a minute. "Want to talk about it?" She asked sweetly while wiping his tears. "Appa- I don't remember appa, I don't remember his face except for his photos, he left me too early. I never felt his love, I don't know how father's love feels like. But today, when Mr Choi talked to me, it felt so nice. The way he behaves and he cares, it felt..right. I immediately wanted to call him as appa, I don't know the reason for it. I still love and respect my dad but... if I call Mr Choi as my appa, does that mean I am selfish? Because I forgot my own dad and called some other person as appa and will appa be upset with me? Tell me eomma" Jungkook poured out his feelings in front of his mom. He needed answers from her.

Aecha teared up hearing her son. His elder brothers were shocked to hear him speak in this way because they always saw him as a small kid who only knows how to behave like a crackhead. Taehyung pulled Jungkook into a hug and patted his back "Don't cry kookie, I am also hurting" he said softly. Jungkook immediately stopped crying and wiped his tears as he didn't like Tae hurting, that too because of him.

Aecha spoke "No baby, it's not true, you are not selfish. Your appa will be proud of you no matter what you do. He won't be disappointed in you just because you called a different person as appa. I am happy that you considered giving him a chance to be your dad. I am proud of you baby and I am sure your appa will also be proud of you" she said while looking directly into his eyes.
