It has been a few weeks since i posted about mine and Matt's relationship, the two of us are super happy and he treats me amazing, nothing like Ollie at all.

'Scarlett?' Josh calls down the hallway, 'Wake up it's like 9:30 we have places to be.'

'I'm showering Joshua.' I say bluntly, letting the hot water run down my back. 'I'll be out in 5.'

'No you won't.'

'Yes i will. Go away.'

'Fine.' He groans, leaving me be.

I quickly finish rinsing the conditioner out of my hair before getting out of the shower and dressed in a dark grey knit jumper with a white long sleeve underneath and baggy light was jeans.

I emerge from my bedroom to find Josh sitting on the couch engrossed in his phone. Josh is dressed in his usual game day gear.

'I can't find my scarf.' I complain. 'I swear i left it hanging on my door, but its not there.'

'That's because it's right here,' Josh says, holding up my bulldogs scarf. 'You need to keep better track of your things Scarletta.'

'Shut up Joshua.' I say, taking my scarf back, and putting it on. 'Quit calling me Scarletta.'

'Never!' Josh says, laughing as if i'd said the funniest thing in the world.

'I don't like you.' I say, rolling my eyes at him.

'You love me.'

'Excuse me sir i have a boyfriend.'

'Oh right, i forgot. I havent seen him in a while. How long have you been dating? like 2 days?' Josh says, his classic snarky remarks returning.

'4 months.' I say, 'you're not funny, stop being a smart ass.'

'whatever.' Josh says bluntly, walking out the front door to his car, i follow closely behind. 'We'll go to the club then you'll take my car to Marvel then we'll go from there?' Josh asks.

'Of course,' I say, coming to the realisation Adam isnt with us. 'Where's Adam?'

'He went in with Chilli, can you believe that? im being replaced!' Josh says, acting like its the worst news ever.

'Oh your poor thing.' i say sarcastically.

'You are a bully.' Josh says, turning his attention back to the road. 'Heard much from Matt?'

'No, not really.' I say with a sigh, 'i'm sure he's just busy with training and stuff. It's fine.' I pause before speaking again. 'What about Maya? How's she?'

'She's good, I haven't heard from her for like 2 days but last time we hung out she said she was coming to the game.' Josh says, a hint of uncertainty in his voice. 'She's always on her phone though.'

'How so?'

'Like, whenever we hangout, she is on her phone the whole time, its like she doesn't even know i'm there.' Josh says, i have noticed he has been acting a bit down, lately. 'I'm sure i'm just overthinking it.'

'Don't worry, Mayas' lovely, im sure she wouldn't do anything to hurt you.' I say, giving Josh a reassuring look.

The last few minutes of our car journey is silent. Josh and I pull up to the footy club, and i get into the front seat of his car after he gets out, saying a quick goodbye before making my way to the oval.

I arrive at Marvel Stadium at 6:30, so there is about 45 minutes before the first bounce, so i decide to go find my seat as none of the boys have their phones on them.
