The alarm buzzing from your bedside table caused you to groan, roll over in your bed and slap at it to shut up. The morning always felt so early and you hated it, but knowing you had a lot of work to do and a presentation to polish, you rose out of bed and began your day.

You rushed about getting changed and packing your bag with paper and other documents you needed whilst humming a tune that was stuck in your head. You turned the television on once more like usual and gave your cat some love before leaving.

On your walk entering work, the crisp seasonal air was beginning to hit you making you realise you really needed to start dressing up warmer as the weather got colder - you couldn't afford to be ill whilst under so much work pressure. You made a mental note to wear your scarf and coat out more.

You scanned you id card and made your way up to the office, entering the elevator and checking the mirror to your right to see how you looked. The wind had slightly messed up your hair so you fixed at it until someone broke your isolated thoughts.

"Who else are you trying to look pretty for y/n?" He says as he walks into the elevator smoothly.

"Oh shut up Satoru..." You groan with a smirk without even having to see who it was.

"Hey! You shouldn't talk to your superiors like that at work you know." He jokes as the doors close and the elevator begins to rise.

"Oh yeah?" You flirtatiously turn to him, running your hand up against his chest catching him off guard at your forwardness and also intrigued as his mouth begins to smile at your enticement.

"There is a lot I shouldn't do with my superiors at work." You whisper as you slowly lean closer to which he looks at you completely surprised with your agency completely losing his cocky façade.

As soon as he leans forward to you, you pull away and walk as the elevator doors begin to open and exit. You wave and a devilish smirk covers your lips at the sight of his shock and abandonment.

"See you later." You tease to which he softly laughs at in awe at your audacity to tease him like that.

You make your way into the office with a happy bounce in your step and begin to unload your bag and mentally create an agenda for what you needed to do. Primarily, your presentation was the priority and you could not leave this office until it was completely ready - so you logged into the computer and opened your notebook with your own personal feedback on it. You then finalised the edits and printed the slides out to visualise them on paper handouts to check for errors. As you left the room to head to the printer you nearly bumped into your manager Mr Nanami.

"I'm so sorry Sir-" You say startled, not expecting him to be right around the corner.

"It's no problem, what are you doing here so early?" He asks slowly, checking his wrist watch raising his brow.

"Working of course Sir." You smile brightly, he nods mundanely almost on instinct.

"Well if you will excuse me, I need to be doing the same." He lowly replies as he waits for you to move out of the way, to which you do and part your ways. When you reach the printer you wait for your documents and start drumming your fingers against the machine.

When the pages were printed and stapled you carried their soft warmth back to your office. You loved the feeling of printed paper, warm with your hard work and dedication that covered their surface. You felt proud of your accomplishment but knew it wasn't time to celebrate just yet. You checked for errors and fixed them appropriately. At some point Suguru arrived then followed by a sleepy Shoko who both greeted you and checked out your work over your shoulder and complimented your design and layout as well as your dedicated work ethic which more so turned into a complaint by Suguru.
