"That was a good one. I'm stuffed," Kasper said, glancing up heavenwards as they walked side by side.
After a while, bigla nalang itong tumigil nang may madaanan silang ice cream cart.
"This one's on me." Kasper winked at her when he looked back. Sobrang evident na nae-enjoy nito ang pags-stroll nila as much as she enjoyed it, sobrang lawak ng ngiti ni Kasper habang kinakausap ang vendor.
Since when has he been so talkative? Kasper seriously needs to show her how it's done.
They busily licked their ice cream as they walked again. This time around, maya't-maya silang tumitigil sa kada bedding stalls na makikita ni Kasper-ito ang mas enthusiastic tumingin-tingin ng mga textile at kumakausap sa mga nagtitinda.
Nana is constantly torn between adoring him and feeling embarrassed.
Every stalls and shop na hinihintuan nila, Kasper would always say, 'Do you prefer this one?' or 'You like this color, kunin ba natin?' It was absurd how Kasper always opted for the thickest sheets imaginable.
'Kasper, that definitely won't fit in the basket!' If Nana could, she would pinch his cheeks and tousle his hair just to make Kasper aware of how adorable he looks while doing all the work for her.
When they moved to one stall to another, Kasper would say again, 'You should get a clip fan, hindi ka ba mamumulubi kung bibili ka ng isa?'
She wouldn't have expected this from Kasper, sobrang nao-overwhelm siya habang pinapanood ito. 'You need this. I'll pay for this one, hintayin mo ako dito.'
