12.Why?

Sourav had a feeling that something is wrong. After mahi left he feels like something bothering his heart.... Is everything okay? Why his heart is beating fast for unknown reasons. He closed his eyes to calm himself but the face of mahi flashed infront of his eyes...

He immediately turned to leave

Rahul:Don't you hear what I said Sourav?

Sourav:We will discuss everything later. Now I have something to do

Rahul:But-

But sourav didn't stop hear anything he just moved from there.

Rahul:This time he can't escape from us.

Sachin :Things are getting worse Rahul.

Then sonu turned to yograj

"Uncle you should rest. It is late already"

"Yes, Raina is right. Let's go "

Sanjay said.

Sonu, yuvi, sanjay and yograj left from there.

Rahul(junior)turned to the supporters

"What are you guys going to say now? Why can't you understand the true colours of him? He now try to murder a person. You guys are still supporting him?"

They don't know what to answer them. They never doubted their mahi bhai but they don't have any defence now. Just then virat said

"They are hopeless Rahul. Leave them. They don't know what their mahi bhai done. He not only betrayed our trust but also...."

He closed his eyes for comfort.

"But also.... Say virat did he done anything to you"sachin

Virat didn't said anything. But his eyes are teary. Everyone looked at each other in confusion. Just then Rohit said

"Don't stop me vi. They need to know the truth. They deserved to know. Atleast let's hope that some people atleast now will understand."

He said looking at the supporters. Virat didn't said anything.

"Before we know about the match fixing. We were at my house along with MS. Vi and I was talking about something. Suddenly Virat's phone rang and it was anushka. (Anushka was 9 months pregnant at that time. She was alone at their home ). She is saying that she is having labour pain. We decided to rush towards the hospital but someone locked the room from outside.Vi became so tensed at that. Although I'm also comforting him. I can't do anything spare key is also not in my hand and through window we saw MS talking to someone.

Flashback

"Mahi bhai"vi yelled

Mahi looked at him and hang up the phone

"Mahi bhai open the door please"

"No cheeku listen to me"

"Listen to what mahi bhai? Bhai anushka is in pain.. I need to be there now"

"Not now virat. Stay here"

Virat looked at him confused.

"What kind of joke is this bhai? Open the door now"rohit

But before mahi could say anything his phone rang and he moved from there.

"Bhai..... Open the fcking door "

Virat almost slumped. He started to cry very badly. Then virat phone once again rang.
