Everything feels so quiet and calm in India. The natural scenery is beautiful, with birds chirping and butterflies collecting nectar. Young boys happily enjoy their evenings after a stressful day at school. The evening atmosphere is refreshing and peaceful.

Or is it?

Absolutely not! Who says everything is calm? There’s a volcanic eruption happening in the minds of every player on the Indian team, and waves of anxiety are crashing into their hearts. The atmosphere is eerily silent, but it feels like the calm before the storm. So, what’s going on today?
The man who is believed to have betrayed India and was involved in match-fixing is returning after two years.

The tension in the room is suffocating Hardik. As he looks around, he realizes that another person is feeling the same way—Jadeja. He can sense what is going through Jaddu's mind. After all, they are among the few who have trusted Mahi Bhai.

Yet, despite their objections, he decided to move forward with the idea. He wasn't sure where he found the courage, but it was the only contribution he could make for the country, for the team, and his Mahiya. He felt uncertain about how to confront Mahi since they hadn't spoken. As everyone knows, Mahi is not one to rely on his phone, so Saurav spoke to another person who claimed to be Mahi's manager. While it was somewhat irritating to deal with this situation, he accepted it, knowing that Mahi would be his priority. The manager didn’t introduce himself, but Saurav recognized the voice — it seemed familiar. Who could he be?

Let's not delve into that. Saurav, the man who transformed ICT into a family, is the reason for cricket's success, both directly and indirectly. He has always prioritized the team above all else, yet now he feels like a failure. Imagine someone's reaction when they witness their empire collapsing before their eyes and feel utterly powerless to stop it. The emotions are overwhelming: anger, sadness, and guilt. He desperately wants to rebuild what he once had, and he believes that only his Mahiya can help him restore the fractured ICT.

However, he feels he has failed as an older brother; he couldn't protect his kiddo. He had promised to always be there for him, yet now he sees himself as a terrible brother. In that moment of helplessness, he hopes that Mahiya might forgive him. After all, Mahiya is one of the few who has always believed in him.

Obtaining Mahiya's number took months. He got it through a secret contact, and all he knows is that Mahiya lives in an apartment with another boy. This raises an important question: Where are Sakshi and Ziva? Where is his family now? If they are not with him, then... where could they be?

Jaddu has always been known for controlling his emotions, but not when he's around him... Not in front of the great MS Dhoni. MS is the only person who can read Jaddu like an open book. Jaddu doesn't understand how he does it. Even when he tries to hide his feelings, MS seems to know everything about him. Mahi understands not only Jaddu but also everyone else. So why does Jaddu believe in him, despite all the proof seemingly against MS? It’s because his heart tells him to.

Jaddu has fought with his teammates to defend Mahi Bhai. Over the years, he has experienced a whirlwind of emotions: hurt, heartbreak, sadness, and sometimes happiness from his achievements. While almost everyone else seems to accept MS Dhoni's absence, he and Harry are not okay with it at all. They long for Mahi to scold them when they make mistakes, to teach them, and to praise them for their accomplishments. Even when the entire nation celebrates their performances, there is a void in their hearts, one that can only be filled by Mahi Bhai's approval.

Others may claim they hate Mahi Bhai, but Jaddu knows just how deeply his absence has affected them. Whether consciously or unconsciously, they all miss their Mahi Bhai. The whole of India misses MS, even if it’s just to use him as a punchbag. 💔
