Kaitlyn had been rushing around all morning, making sure everything was set up for the Stone of Zandar exhibit. Her and Kendall had to make sure everything was perfect before it opened in just a few minutes, and with the little final touches, they were ready to open the doors to the public.
Just as everyone was taking a seat, Kaitlyn made her way up to the makeshift stage, ready to tell the story of how the Stone came to be.
"The Stone of Zandar was discovered 800 years ago, when a young prince was being escorted by the King's Knight, Sir Ivan of Zandar. The prince grew thirsty and while they stopped for a drink, Sir Ivan discovered the gemstone in the creek. The prince, wanting to know what his Knight had discovered, ordered him to give the gemstone to him, but when doing so a monster came out of nowhere, hidden in a cloak. Sir Ivan fought honorably to protect the prince, but the monsters' blasts knocked the gemstone out from the young prince's hands as he tumbled away. What happened next? No one knows. After saving the prince, Sir Ivan and the monster mysteriously disappeared. The prince found the gemstone, and named it after his country, the Stone of Zandar. And this stone has been the most famous piece in the Zandar's Royal treasure ever since. Thank you all very much, and I hope you enjoy the exhibit."
The audience applaud Kaitlyn as she finished the story of the stone, and then they soon dispersed around the stage. All of them looking at the treasures of Zandar in admiration. As Kaitlyn was answering questions, men in suits walked into her peripheral. The girl excused herself from the couple, as men with suitcases collected the treasures.
"Excuse me, I am museum director, just what do you think you're doing?" Kendall asked to one of the guys in a suit.
"Taking what belongs to me," he explained with a stuck-up tone.
"Uhm, I'm sorry that can't be right," Kaitlyn chuckled, "These treasures belong to the royal fam-" Her mouth fell agape as she finally realized who she was talking too.
"Staring to get the picture, are we? Allow me to introduce myself, I am Prince Phillip III of Zandar, the real prince. Unlike the imposters that have been masquerading around here," he explained, pulling out a magazine showing Tyler and Kaitlyn as the "prince" and "princess".
Tyler looked anywhere but the prince, as he starting to connect the dots, Kaitlyn however looked at him with disgust.
"It was a wonder anyone mistook you for Prince," he spoke towards Tyler, then moved his gaze to Kaitlyn, "You, however, would make a fine princess, no wonder they fell for it." As his eyes ran up and down her body, the rest of the team took a step forward, Koda stepping around the prince to cover Kaitlyn from his line of sight.
"We mean no disrespect," Koda explained.
"And what would you know about respect? Look at you, filthy, you're shoeless. Were you born in a cave?"
"No, born on Mammoth hunt," the team all chuckled at his response, "Mother could not make it home to cave uh want some?" He finished, offering the prince a bite of his already bitten apple. Kaitlyn couldn't take the sound of his obnoxious voice anymore, so she left before they noticed.
She made her way down to the base to track the prince. If he was going to be taking all the Royal treasures, then he definitely would've taken the Energem as well. Which means it's only a matter of time before an annoying big cat decides to make an appearance.
The alarm sounded through the base and alien activity was shown. Kaitlyn grabbed an earpiece and contacted everyone on their dino comms.
"Fury, Poisandra, and Wrench spotted just on the outskirts of the city," Kaitlyn explained, "They're cornering the prince."
The young girl watched in anticipation for the rangers to show up, but just as Fury was about to take the Gold Energem from the prince, Koda leaped over the car, throwing Fury away.
The fight between the Rangers and the Monsters continued but Koda managed to pull the prince away from the danger of Fury. Or so they thought. Kaitlyn was at a loss for words. They just found the Gold Energem, and now it was in the hands of Fury.
"Guys Fury just summoned the Ptera Zord. If he installs the energem, he will have infinite energy," Kaitlyn explained.
"We stop him first," Koda spoke.
"Tyler, me and Kendall developed a new dino charger that might finally give you and your Zord the edge you need against the Ptera Zord," she explained.

Whilst Tyler went to get his Zord, the other rangers followed Fury. But unbeknownst to them, the Prince of Xandar trailed behind them. The angry cat had summoned the Ptera Zord in hopes of destroying the rangers, but the new dino charger that Kaitlyn and Kendall developed, allowed Rexy's neck to grow. As soon as Tyler and Rexy came in view, Rexy chomped on the Ptera Zord and bought it to ground level.
Riley, Koda, Shelby, and Chase fought against Curio, Poisandra, Wrench, the spike balls, and the Vivix. All whilst Tyler dealt with Fury. Tyler knocked the oversize cat down, but he got straight back up only to be faced with the rest of the rangers, the other monsters nowhere in sight.
Fury clung to the Gold Energem, but the ghost that they spotted trying to escape Fury's body a few weeks ago finally got free. Kaitlyn's jaw dropped as she watched the scene unfold at the base. There's no way. Sir Ivan, the Knight of Xandar, was the spirit trapped in Fury. He has been stuck in the body of an angry, power-hungry cat for 800 years, and he's finally free.
Just as Kaitlyn thought he couldn't get any better from being a Knight, turns out he is also a Ranger. The Gold Ranger. Even though the Knight had been locked away for 800 years, he still fought with precision. As Sir Ivan fought the monsters, Kaitlyn found it hard to look away.
The way the Knight fought was so enticing to her. He was elegant with his moves, and precise with his attacks. And he was able to defeat five monsters all on his own. If Kaitlyn wasn't impressed by that, she wouldn't know what else could possibly impress her.

The rangers made it back to base without Ivan, since he left the team to explore his new surroundings. Once Shelby and Kaitlyn spotted each other, they practically ran towards one another.
"Isn't he the cutest!" Kaitlyn exclaimed, fangirling over the Knight.
"Yes, he is so much cuter alive than on a poster," Shelby said with a smile.
"Right, and the way he took on all five monsters by himself." The two girls squealed, as they continued to talk about the Knight of Zandar. Completely forgetting about the rest of the team, being too occupied in their own little world.
However, two rangers stood with their jaws clenched and hard glares as they heard the two girls' fangirl. The rest of the team just laughed at their antics.
