Savannah's POV

I woke up to a bright light. The sun was shining in my eyes. I looked at my phone, at the time. nine thirty.  I didn't know where i was at first. Then everything clicked. Scarlett's house. I finally got up. I left the guest room closing the door. I heard some noise downstairs. 'we shouldn't be walking on eggshells around her or in this house.' I heard cosmo say. 'That's not what we are doing, we are being mindful that she has been through quite a lot, We don't need to bring up things that would hurt her in anyways.' I heard Scarlett say. 'She's going to talk to the DFCS about it tomorrow anyways, what's the point of waiting?' Cosmo asked. 'Dad and I didn't raise an insensitive child, Cosmo. Be sensitive about what she's been through, please.' Scarlett said. I walked down the steps. Then Walked to the kitchen. I sat at the kitchen bar island thingy. 'Hey Savannah! How'd you sleep?' Scarlett asked. 'fine, I slept fine. What are you making?' I asked. 'Triple Chochlate Muffins, Eggs, and I cut up some fruit!' She said. that sounds good. My parents never cooked me anything. Once i was at the normal School age, they wouldn't cook for me, I was usually in the middle of filming anyways so I would just take stuff home. 'That sounds good, Thank you Scarlett!' I said. 'Of course! I always make Muffins on Sunday, It's like a tradition!' She said. Cosmo shoved a muffin in his mouth and said something, I couldn't make out what he was saying though. 'Cosmo, out of the kitchen! go wash your hands!' Scarlett said. She didn't sound upset though. Cosmo ran upstairs. 'Your husband is coming home today?' I asked. 'Mhm! He is super excited to meet you!' She said. Me? What's so special about me? 'He...He is? Why?' i asked. 'Heh. Savannah, your special! Your sweet and I have been talking about you to him. And seeing as you will be staying here permanently, I talked to him about it. Savannah, your going to be apart of the family! He's excited to be able to have another kid under our roof!' She said. I'm apart of the family? My eyes had begun to wster. Not many people actually cared about me like this, certainly no one who i was living with. I just look up at her with these big eyes. 'I'm Apart of the family? So, legally you would be my...mom?' I asked. Her eyes began to water too. I had never had a mom that cared. She might as well have abandoned me when I was a baby. the day she left was the first time she actually talked to me.  'well we still need to get approval from the state, but soon...very soon...You will legally be my daughter' She said coming over to me. We hugged. 'Thank you.' I said still engulfed in her hug.

We stopped hugging. 'All right, enough tears, Let's eat!' She said wiping my tears. I helped her bring some of the plates to the table. 'can you get Cos, and Rosie?' She asked. 'mhm!' I said before walking up the stairs. I knocked on the door. It was Cosmos door. He opened it. 'er, your, um, mom wanted me to get you, The food is ready' I said smiling. He walked past me bumping my shoulder. Ouch. Then i went to Rosie's room. I knocked. 'Come on' She mumbled. 'Hey, Rosie! Food's ready!' I said. 'Alright, I'll be down there in a minute!' She said. She was at her vanity. I walked back down stairs and took my seat next to Scarlett.

'What are your Plans for today?' Scarlett asked. 'I'm going over to Sasha's House!' Rose said. I was confused but i mean i just met Rose so I didn't think i would know her friends. 'Sasha is Rosie's Boyfriend! He's actually Hemsworth's Son' Scarlett said looking over at me. 'oh' I said. 'I don't have any, Probably going to play video games with Mason.' Cosmo said with a mouthful of food. 'Cos, we talked about this, No talking with food in your mouth. It's impolite.' Scarlett said. 'Dad's getting back at noon so before you go anywhere or do anything please clean up your rooms and make sure the game room and the loft is all clean, please! oh and your bathrooms and the guest bathroom!' Scarlett said. There was bathroom in the guest room but i think she was referring to the bathroom downstairs. 'Okay' Rosie said. 'That means you too Cosmo, don't make Rosie do it all' Scarlett told Cosmo. 'Alright' Cosmo said rolling his eyes, earning a glare from Scarlett. 'I can help clean up if you need me to, Scarlett' I said. 'No, this is their job, That's their hang out spot, The game rooms and the loft is their area! but thank you for offering' Scarlett said touching my shoulder. They had finished already. Cosmo left his dish on the table running upstairs. Rose took her plate to the sink going upstairs. After I was done I took mine and Cosmo's plate to the sink. 'Thank you for taking Cosmo's plate, you didn't have too!' Scarlett said. I was about to begin to clean the dishes, but as I began to wash on of the dishes Scarlet took over. 'ah, ah, ah! that's my job, you can watch tv or sit at the island!' Scarlett said. 'okay' I said. I went over and sat by the island. 'I talked to Kevin, and we have Monday through Wednesday off!' Scarlett said. 'okay' I said. She finished Loading the dishwasher and started it. 'Alright, We don't have anything to do today, So is there anything you wanted to do? Maybe go out to lunch or go to the bookshop or anything else, maybe we can invite Liz' Scarlett said laying her hands on the island. 'I'm fine with anything!' I said. I wouldn't mind going to the bookshop. or going out to eat for lunch. I'll talk to liz and see what she wants to do!' Scarlett said as she pulled out her phone. She was texting Liz. 'Alright, How about we go to the bookshop first, Then get some things for your room, maybe some new clothes, some shoes, then we can go meet Colin for lunch? How does that sound?' Scarlett asked. 'That sounds Fun!' I said. 'Alright, I'm going to shower and get dressed. Then I need to make sure everything else is reset for the week and we can head out at eleven fifteen! That gives us an hour or so!' Scarlett said. 'Great!' I said.
