Askeladd raised his finger behind Thors. Athena's eyes went wide. "I want her." Askeladd smirked. Thorfinn and Thors glared daggers at the man's request.

"You'll have to kill me, before getting to Athena. Why would you want her?" Thors glared, angrily. Thorfinn took the chance to stand, infront of Athena. "Yeah! What makes you think she'll go with you, stupid?!" Thorfinn shouted.

"So, your named after a goddess? How charitable, gem." Askeladd sneered. Athena took a step forward. "How about we began the dual, shall we?" She glared. "Also, I would never side with a pirate." Athena said.

"Well, you'll see when I win. Also, I have my reasons on why I want her pretty head. She is the daughter of Thrain, after all." Askeladd said, determined. Thors and Askeladd got into their battle stances.

There stood silence in the air, while Thors walked slowly towards Askeladd. Athena and Thorfinn could hear the boards creek under Thors feet. They held their swords, tightly. The woman noticed Askeladd's relaxed stance. 'He's closing the gap between us, so carelessly.' Askeladd studied.

Askeladd swung his sword, but not at Thors, towards the beem that held the ship's sail. The rope holding the sail cut with a strike of his sword. The sail came crashing down, Thors eyes grew wide at the sudden distraction. Askeladd smirked. "Father!" Thorfinn shouted.

Askeladd ran under the falling sail, swinging his sword towards Thors chest. Suddenly, drops of blood splurged onto the ship's deck. Thors managed to step out of the way of Askeladds attack. Though, Askeladd landed a shallow cut across Thors chest. Thors made an kick attack towards his opponent.

Askeladd managed to block Thors attack, he took a step back from his attacker. The pirates kept cheering for their leader. Athena noticed Askeladd was out of breathe. 'He won't be able to keep up with Thors attacks.' She thought.

Athena was so engaged in the fight, she didn't notice Thorfinn was gone. "Thorfi-" Athena stopped. Suddenly, Athena was thrown over the shoulder of a man. There was a knife to Thorfinn's throat. It was Bjorn. He had awoken from fainting. "None of you move, I'll kill them both." Bjorn glared.

"Askeladd! You bastard!" Thors shouted. Askeladd stood, laughing. "You really thought I would play by the rules? I just wanted to see how much you lived up to your name, Troll of Jom." He smirked.

Thors swung his sword towards Askeladd, but managed to block it. They stood sword against sword. Askeladd held a straight face. "You've violated the rules of the duel, Askeladd." Thors responded. "It doesn't matter, I'm only after your head." Askeladd sneered.

Thorfinn had tears in his eyes, screaming for help from his father. Athena couldn't stand it anymore to hear the screams of her loved one. It was all the same, like that night with Thrain. "Stopppp!!!" Athena screamed.
