"𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍, 𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄."
Thrain stood staring at the beautiful pink sky. It was sunset. Thors had prepared to leave with his child and wife at night to a better place far from this hell.
"I know, young Thors. She is sleeping." Thrain spoke, softly. A little girl lay in his lap with her hands folded up against her face.
"How is she, Thrain?" Thors asked. Thrain looked longingly down at the little girl. This girl truly was his daughter.
"She is well rested. Athena, just had her new arms fitted today." He said, while admiring the work of metal.
"They must work properly, now." Thors replied. He admired the little girl in his partners lap. She definitely made an impact on the Jomsvikings.
"How is your daughter?" Thrain asked. There in the arms of Helga was a small newborn girl. "She is doing well. I want her to live a life away from here." Thors smiled.
"Thors, we must leave now. They will come soon." Helga explained. Thors's eyes grew wide at his wife. He, softly, took the little girl away from Thrain's lap into his arms.
"We must go, friend." Thors said. Thrain looked down at the ground. He didn't know when he would see his only child again.
"Please, take care of my Athena! Okay, Thors? She is not meant for war. I want her to grow up in a peaceful life." Thrain added.
"I promise, to protect her with my life." Thors replied. He gently walked away with the little girl, until Thrain turned around to give the girl one last kiss on the forehead.
"I love you, my child." Thrain whispered.
