Weeks passed.

"Jin, Taehyung has invited us to dinner later; what are your plans?" Jimin questioned.

"Jungkook messaged me asking if we could have dinner later, but I declined. " Jin responded. "I later learned that Woozi and Yoongi will attend the basketball game between Korea and Argentina at Jamsi Olympic Stadium," Jin added.

"Why did you decline, implying you aren't interested in him? Is it just dinner, or do you want to do something else? Jimin naughtily enquired about Jin.

"I just want to rest after work. Another issue is that I'm uncomfortable seeing Jungkook again. We'll eat dinner, and then I might fall for him, which I don't want to happen; I might just get hurt like my brother."

"You're thinking too far ahead. So it's just Taehyung and me later. You still have time to change your mind. Let him know as soon as possible."

"Alright, I'll tell you why I'm uncomfortable seeing Jungkook again; he called me one time. That was the day you watched a movie with taehyung, yoongi, and Woozi. In the background, I heard the sweetness of the voice and the gentleness of what was said. "Let's eat now, jagiya, the food is ready." "I didn't tell Jungkook about that. Remember he told me he lives alone in his flat? Within a month that he was calling me, I heard that voice twice. One time he was watching a series on Netflix and someone was laughing next to him."

"Why do you always decline Jungkook's invitation to hang out? I wish you could get to know him better. You have a suspicion; why didn't you ask him directly? We don't know if it's his cousin or friend. Rather than speculating, you want me to ask Taehyung about this to clarify."

"No need; I'll just ask him next time. Enjoy dinner with Taehyung. Just give me a call if you need anything. I'll go to boss Namjoon first and just ask about the project that will be assigned to us ." Before Jin could leave fully, a messenger arrived carrying a large arrangement of white and pink tulips. "Hello, sir. I have flowers brought for Mr. Kim Seokjin." Jimin took the bouquet from the messenger's grasp and enthusiastically read the message on the card, "To the man who makes my day better every day." love jk." Wow, Seokjinnie! You surely have a gorgeous admirer. Jimin teased his friend.

"chivalry and romance are not dead after all." Jhope cheerfully proclaimed

"Namjoonie my love, you don't give me flowers anymore," Jhope said to his boyfriend as he side-hugged and stroked the chest of Namjoon.

The friends were surprised by the sudden arrival of their boss

"Hello, boss!" They both exclaimed

"Hey Jin & Jimin,"

"Exciting news! Jeon and Sons have just chosen us to work on their system software project starting in the second week of April. They believe we are the best team for the job. Let's show them they made the right choice! Looking forward to tackling this new challenge with you both. Let's make it happen!"

Jhope and Namjoon have been close friends with them since college. Namjoon is the COO and his father is the owner of Software Solution Technologies enterprise and is a well-known software system developer. They are among the top two in Korea.

Seokjin continues to decline Jungkook's invitations for solo dates, despite receiving flowers, letters, and food at their office.

He has been the target of relentless teasing at his workplace. It is uncommon nowadays to have a traditional courting; most people meet on an online dating app, and then the courtship is as simple as texting, calling, or video calling.

"jin, What's wrong with Jungkook when he constantly invites you to hang out just the two of you? You're always refusing. Taehyung and I will no longer take you with us on our dates; instead, we will go on solo dates! Group dates must end. If you will, please stop asking Yoongi and Woozi as well. They can't enjoy each other's company because you frequently hang out with them."

"And please quit making ludicrous excuses that you are frightened of falling in love if you go out with him. You can hang out  by just talking and enjoying the day with someone other than myself, Jhope, and Namjoon."

"Okay, that's enough! I will go with him the next time he invites me to hang out. I apologize if I usually insist on group dates. You know that this is my first romantic date. I am terrified of awkwardness. I honestly don't know how to act around someone I like."

"Just act naturally, my friend. Show your awesomeness. You have this. I'm counting on you. This is our road to forever." Jimin declared

He is the Chief Operating Officer of the company, the college friend and boss of Seokjin and Jimin, the son of the CEO of Software Solutions Technologies, and Jhope's boyfriend.
