"I'm really excited. Taehyung, could you please double-check with Mingyu to make sure everything is fine?" Jungkook inquired impatiently of his cousin.

Today is the day of his long-awaited proposal.

"I will pick up Seokjin; meet you there."

"Yes, I talked to Mingyu. They're on their way to the venue to see how things are going there."Taehyung stated.

Half an hour later, Jungkook came to Seokjin's apartment. He was about to knock on the door when his lover opened it. Hello, my love, I'm ready! He greeted Jungkook heartily. "You look wonderful, babe!" He gave Jin the bouquet and kissed his lips and forehead. "Let's go; we can't be late. Tonight is a special audience for my good friend's first-day performance. Jin couldn't stop shedding tears since he felt so deeply for his boyfriend. And, most importantly, before the video ended, the most vital question appeared on the screen: "Will you marry me, Kim Seokjin?" Jin was astonished by what he saw, and when he turned to face Jungkook, he was kneeling behind him.

With a velvet purple case in his hand, he opened it to reveal an eternity platinum band encrusted with 0.25 carat diamonds. "Kim Seokjin, will you be my husband, lifetime partner, and father of my children?" Jungkook inquired with longing and love in his eyes.

Jin was so stunned by his actions that he was unable to speak. He looked around and couldn't see who was there besides the emcee and the performers. His body tensed up. He gazed at his lover's face and saw Jungkook's eyes filled with tears, which dumbfounded him. He moved closer, touching both of his beloved's cheeks before kissing him on the lips. After kissing him, he spoke. "Yes, I love you, Jungkook!" Jungkook stood up, placed the ring on Seokjin's fingers, hugged him, and whirled around with pure excitement. The entire theater lit up, and those who witnessed a joyous occasion for the couple applauded.

When the couple turned to face the audience, they heard cheering and whistles, and they recognized their family, relatives, close friends, and colleagues. They seem extremely happy for them. The emcee handed them the microphone for a speech. Jungkook accepted it and thanked everyone who had come to witness this pivotal moment. Return the microphone to the host.
