TORN (Jinkook) (vmin)

April

24 weeks pregnant. Jin had his prenatal examination again, but this time at Ulsan Medical Center, where the doctor's clinic is located, as recommended by Dr. Sandeul. Sehun flew to Ulsan to meet Seokjin today. When they arrived at the clinic, they noticed Jungkook sitting there, as if waiting for something.

They were about to back off, but Jungkook acted quickly. "Hi, Jin!"

"JK, what are you doing here? How did you learn about this clinic?" Seokjin questioned.

"It does not matter how I found out. I am here to accompany you to the baby's checkup."

"No need, Jungkook; I'm here to watch over Jin and care for the baby," Sehun responded.

"I'm not talking to you, so don't interfere," Junkook shouted at Sehun.

"Please do not cause a scene; there are many pregnant patients who are waiting for their turn, and I do not want them to be stressed because of us," Jin stated.

"It's okay, Jungkook; I'll take care of everything. I can handle it." Sehun spoke to Jungkook.

Jungkook was so irritated with Sehun that he pulled Sehun by the collar and stated, "Whether you like it or not, from now on, whenever Jin's check-up, I'll go with him." So you know, before you came into his life, I was the first."

"Please come in, Mr. Kim Seokjin;" the doctor's assistant called for him. He walked inside, followed by Sehun and Jungkook.

The doctor greeted them with a smile and invited them to have a seat. "So, Mr. Kim, I am Dr. Lee Ken. Dr. Sandeul provided us with your medical records, which show you are 24 weeks pregnant. How are you feeling now? Do you experience cravings?"

"My vomiting and nausea when I smell garlic have gone; the only thing I crave now is orange juice and lobster."

"Nurse Sunoo, could you please check Mr. Kim's blood pressure?" The assistant came and checked his blood pressure. "119/70 It's normal, therefore you can eat lobster. I recommend that you consume plenty of fluids daily. Could you please lie on my exam bed? Your hubby can assist you there." Jungkook and Sehun stood up. But Sehun made way for Jungkook. Because he was in Jin's relationship before everything went wrong.

Jungkook assisted in laying Seokjin on the examination bed. Jin raised his shirt to the bottom of his chest, revealing his tummy, which was already big. Jungkook couldn't stop shedding tears as he gently caressed Jin's stomach. Jin was keeping an eye on him without his knowledge. The doctor pretended to cough to alert the two of his presence. Jungkook moved aside and watched the doctor, Feeling Jin's entire stomach. "Is there any pain here as Dr. Lee presses a section of his stomach?"

"None,  doctor," Jin replied.

"The baby is in the right position. Come back the following month for an ultrasound to find out your baby's gender."

The doctor then returned to his table. Jungkook gently helped him down. They both returned to where they had been seated before. "This is Mr. Kim's prescription for iron and folic acid supplements. I'll see you next month, but if you have any concerns, please call me." Dr. offered him a business card, which Jungkook took along with the prescription.

"By the way, doctor, when is the next checkup? "Jungkook asked.

"Please come back on May 15."
The doctor replied.

"Thank you so much, Dr. Lee,"  and they all stood up and went to the assistant to pay for the checkup. Sehun and Jungkook are arguing; they both want to pay the bill. Sehun paid in cash, and they all left.

"jin, I will take care of purchasing vitamin supplements. What else would you like to eat? I'll deliver it to the apartment later."

"Sehun, You take care of him. Drive safely."

Sehun simply nodded at  Jungkook's reminder.

" I just want blue lobster with garlic sauce and plenty of orange juice. Wait, Do you know the address of my apartment? Seokjin questioned him in disbelief.

Jungkook simply smiled and waved goodbye to the two.

Dr. Lee Ken is Seokjin's obstetrician-gynecologist at Ulsan Medical Center.
