I heard a distant voice that ran shiver through my skin.

"Was it a wolf?! A dog?!! Or! Or!....
A BEAR?!'

I exclaimed with panic.
Even the sound of winds were making me feel like someone is lurking around me.

'A bear? Are u serious?'
My inner monologue asked, quite nicely.

'Well people do say that studying can make u knowledgeable but not intelligent.'
My inner voice again said, rolling her eyes.

I exhaled sharply.
'Theoretically speaking i should have had a panic attack rn.'
'Maybe something along the way.'
'But I am not.'
'I mean I am clearly scared but ig when it comes ti life and death situation, it doesn't quite bother me.'

"Mannnnn, studies has really wraped me around his fingers quite well!"

I felt like I was solving some murder mystery level of shit.

I scoffed.
Even in such a situation things were funny for me.

I smiled.

'I guess It will be fine.'

I thought looking straight ahead.

I jumbed squealing, running towards my friends direction.

I looked towards my watch.
It has been 1hr since I lost others.
I looked above, the sun was covered with thick clouds.
It was getting darker.
I tried to call my friends but the network wasn't working.
Above it all, my phone's battery was literally on a 10percent mark.

'not again'

I sighed.

'But how can she leaves me like this!'
'My friends are literally fucking bitches!'

I said fuming with anger and frustration.

'You guys just wait!'

I gritted my teeth and harshly stepped ahead of me.
Suddenly something fell on my head.
It was snowing.
My heart was frightened now.
I started walking faster and faster.
The more faster I walked the more faster the snow fell.
My heart was beating like a drum.

'Ig i am not as strong as i thought I was.'

Until I saw what I feared.
my eyes widened.

Why?

Because the footmarks I was following were gone.
Completely vanished because of the snowfall

"H-how did this happened?"
I was stunned.
How did the foot marks vanished so quickly.
Water started forming in my eyes as the sheer realisation stuck on me.

I reminded myself again.
I had no idea where I am.
Everything looked same everywhere.
White snow and tall trees.

My inner voice commented.

Now I started taking breaths sharply while clutching my chest.

'Whose fault is it huh?'
'Is this also your parents fault?'
'Mom dad were right charvi. You are just a problematic kid who does nothing but make problem in other's life.'

I slurred those words as i bended on my knees, eyes closed.
My hands were trying to block the noises that were coming from my head by squeezing my ears close.
My muffled crying was resonating in the murky forest.
