Ayumu had always been perceptive, but recently, his mind-reading abilities had picked up an unusual behavior from Joseph. His instincts told him that something was amiss. After subtly probing, Ayumu unearthed a troubling secret: the siblings had been planning to leave for their home planet.
Determined to uncover the full truth, Ayumu decided to take action. Under the cover of night, Ren, who had become increasingly protective of Sindy, orchestrated a covert operation. He, along with Ayumu and his wife Jitsuko, kidnapped Joseph and Stella and brought them to the secret society room, a hidden chamber known only to a select few.
The room, dimly lit and filled with arcane symbols, hummed with an ominous energy. Ren, with his usual stern demeanor, stood beside Joseph and Stella, his concern for Zeo and Sindy evident. The atmosphere was tense as the captives were forced into chairs, their hands bound.
Ayumu, using his abilities to sift through their thoughts, addressed Stella directly. "We know there's something crucial you're hiding. Reveal to us where Zeo is."
Stella, with fear in her eyes, reluctantly produced a locket from around her neck. Ayumu took it, and with a few whispered incantations, activated it. A screen flickered to life, revealing live footage from Zeo's home planet. On the other side, inside the grand castle, Zeo and her family were engaged in what appeared to be a joyful family gathering.
Zeo, unaware of the unfolding events back on Earth, was enjoying a rare moment of tranquility with her family. Her aunt Allister, having taken measures to mend the strained relations between Zeo and her elder sister Luna, had managed to ease some of the tension. The festival had been a success, and the atmosphere in the castle was lighter.
Luna, still bearing the weight of past grievances, had made a significant effort to help Zeo after her recent bout of weakness. Using her magical abilities, Luna had contributed to improving Zeo's condition, showing a side of her previously hidden compassion.
However, as the live footage played, the scene abruptly shifted. Zeo, visibly exhausted, was sitting by a window when her strength gave way once again. Her family rushed to her side, and the mood turned somber, highlighting the gravity of Zeo's condition.
Back in the secret society room, Ren's face grew grim as he witnessed Zeo's frailty. He turned to Ayumu, who was still focused on the locket's display, and spoke with a mix of determination and frustration. "This is serious. We need to ensure Zeo's safety and find out why they kept this from us."
Ayumu, scanning the footage and processing the information, nodded. "We must act quickly. If Zeo is indeed in such a precarious state, our next steps are crucial."
Joseph, seeing the gravity of the situation, spoke up. "I only did what I was told to protect Zeo. Please, you need to help her."
Stella, her resolve breaking under the pressure, added, "We were only following orders. We never meant to put her in danger."
Jitsuko, always the mediator, intervened. "We need to focus on the immediate issue. Let's work together to ensure Zeo's safety."
With a plan forming, Ayumu, Ren, and Jitsuko resolved to act swiftly. They would need to balance their newfound knowledge with their commitment to Zeo's well-being. As they prepared to leave the secret society room, the tension was palpable, but a shared sense of purpose drove them forward.
Meanwhile, back at the castle, as the family rallied around Zeo, Luna's efforts to heal and support her sister seemed to be making a difference, suggesting a glimmer of hope amidst the challenges.

The next morning, Zeo lay in her room, exhausted. Her servants gently massaged her aching muscles, trying to ease the fatigue that had set in. The opulent surroundings of her chamber seemed dimmed by her illness, contrasting sharply with the lively festival that had preceded her current state. The door creaked open, and Demi entered, his face a mix of concern and mischief.
