"Jason?"
He just kept looking at her. Grabbing her wrist, he pulled her into the library where he came from, and looked back at her. She looked confused and wondered what was going on until he pinned her against the closed door, but not loud enough to cause suspicion.
"Jason, what..." she started before he covered her mouth with his hand. She stayed quiet.
"What are you to him?"
"What?"
"What are you to him?" He repeated, in a more upset manner than before.
"Why does it matter?" she asked. He pushed against her even more so, so that they where both practically flushed against the door. Her face turned a bright red, her heartrate sped up and it was getting incredibly hot between them.
That was until he pulled away and quickly ran out the door, leaving her in a super confused state. Grabbng the door, she turned around and looked at the direction he was walking away.
What she said to Julian was starting to settle, she really didn't know him much anymore. he has never really ever done that, not like he had hurt her, not at all.
But pinning her against the door, and acting like he was jealous, that was definatly not like him.
Thinking about it made her blush come back and her heart rate speed back up. What was she thinking, he was getting married soon, to her step sister no less.
She stepped out and ran to her room, getting immersed in her drawings and sketches. Just something to distract her from what had just happened.
But no matter what she did, she just couldn't shake the thought of what happened. Putting down her sketch pad, she slid out of her room and went downstairs to get something to drink.
Grabbing some orange juice, she started to sip some, but spit it out when she saw Macy crying on the couch, in front of her was a couple bottles of wine, she had really been drinking, and Charlotte knew that she was a bit of an emotional drunk.
"Macy?"
"It's over. It must be," she said, continuing to wail. Charlotte didn't understand. Walking over, she sat on the other couch and started to listen to her rant.
"He has been acting different all this week. He must be seeing someone else. But why, I'm the total package, the money, looks, everything. He just has been different. And then after dinner....." She really started to wail after that one.
Scooting over, Charlotte started to pat her back in a caring matter, the reality not hitting her that Macy meant when she was with Julian.
"That can't be so, maybe its just jitters," She said trying to comfort.
"I don't know, its been happening for a little bit now, and I just don't understand it. I mean if it where you in my shoes I would get it, but me?" She questioned.
'Aaaannnddd There it is,' She thought, knowing sooner or later it would have come up.
Taking in a deep breath, she turned to find the girl passed out cold and snoring a bit. Someone had to clean the mess, so Charlotte got to work. Cleaning the bottles and keeping an eye on Macy, making sure she didn't get sick or roll over and get sick.
The rest of the night pretty much went that way, and no sleep for Charlotte. The next day, however, was super easy since she did't need to do much wedding wise.
But she wasn't getting much sleep, cause now that Macy was Sober, she was still crying and being upset, her mother trying to comfort her and deal with the hangover.
