Chapter two

Monday at school. I was panicking walking to school. It had now set in that Maverick saw ME AND MASON! Making out on a sidewalk in the middle of the night!
He's going to tell everyone I can feel it!

"Hey, Alex wait up!"

I heard someone say from across the street. When I looked to see who it was. I saw Maverick jogging across the street.
Oh god please no.

When he caught up to me. He started walking beside me. This is so awkward.

"So. You and Mason?" I heard him ask. But I could tell he was smirking when asking. I sighed and still didn't look at him. Out of all people he had to be the one to find out?

"Yep. Shocker" I said and shoved my hands in the pocket of my hoodie. I really do not want to have this conversation especially with a boy I just met!
He started to chuckle and out of the corner of my eyes I saw him rubbing his neck.
"So what? You two gay or something?"

I stopped walking and turned to look at him. This guy is honestly so annoying it makes me go crazy!
"Yes we are. We don't like girls. And we also haven't told anyone so you better not!" I said staring up at him.
He smirked looking down at me. What is this kid planning.
"How long?" He completely ignored me and is now asking questions? Seriously?
"A year and half. Not like it matters to you."
I rolled my eyes and continued walking. I'll be late to school if I keep stalling. "Wow. Long time."

This kid is honestly just so annoying. I just wanna get to school. Is that too much?

We are just one block away from the school. If he doesn't say anything else I should be fine. Everything will be fine!

"You two ever.... do sexual shit?" I stopped walking again and stared at him with wide eyes. Is he seriously asking that? No! I mean we've like. Touched each other and stuff, but we never actually had sex!

"That does not concern you if we did or didn't!" I said and quickly turned the corner. My face is so red I can feel it. This is so embarrassing!

The school is in view. Finally!

"So, who takes it up the ass?" He asked. He's directly behind me. I sighed in annoyance. He is really pushing it!
"Not that it matters but we haven't had sex with each other! No one is taking anything up the ass!"

We began walking on the schools parking lot. We're so close to people. I have to make sure he doesn't tell anyone. I turned around and stared up at him.
"Don't tell anyone and don't talk to me in public again about this. ever!"

I then hesitantly turned around and walked into the school. God this is going to go so bad. I can feel it!

During lunch

It was now lunch time. Thank god I'm so hungry!

Me and Mason have been going out for a year and a half now and I still haven't told my friends. He said he doesn't care if I do.

I've been thinking about telling them, but I don't want it to get out.

While we were eating and talking. Someone sat beside me. I looked to see who it was. Maverick. Oh my god why!

"Hey there bud" He said. I sat there and stared at him annoyed. What does he want now!
I can practically feel my friend's eyes on me.

"Alex. Why is Maverick Allen sitting next to you and calling you bud?" My best friend Kaleb said from across the table.

I sighed and rubbed my face. I don't know I honestly don't. I then looked at Maverick again.
"Awesome question. Maverick why are you here?"

He smirked at me. He then glanced at me and then to my friends. He was planning something i know it. "Do they know?" He asked crossing his arms and tilting his head.

I slammed my hands down on the table and looked at Kaleb and my other friend Sophia. Maverick is forcing me to come out! What a dick!

"No they don't."  I said staring Kaleb in the eyes. They both look so confused and I feel a bit bad but at the same time It's my life. They don't need to know every thing about it!

"What don't we know Alex?" Sophia asked looking at me then Maverick. Kaleb sat there staring at me confused. My own best friend doesn't even know I'm gay. Great!

I sighed and looked between Sophia and Kaleb. This is actually how I tell them. What a great coming out story this'll be! "I'm gay and I've been secretly dating Mason Anderson for a year and half."

I've never talked so fast in my life. I heard Maverick laughing beside me and I looked up at Kaleb and Sophia who both looked like they just saw me jump off a cliff.

"Mason?" Kaleb asked pointing over at the table full of Mason and his friends. I immediately bent over the table and smacked his hand
"YES! THE Mason! yes we are gay for each other!"

"Oh my god! This is actually so cute!" Sophia said squealing.

Maverick got up and left to go sit down with his buddies. I watched him go sit down. What a dick!

The rest of lunch was questions about what Mason is like and how we met and other embarrassing questions.
I was glad when I finally got home and plopped down on my bed.
Soon, I almost drifted off into a deep nap BUT SOMEONE HAD TO TEXT ME!

I picked up my phone angrily and seen a text from Mason appear.

Alex can you come over. I wanna talk to you about something

I immediately went into panic mode. What is there to talk about? We haven't fought for like three months! The only thing that I can think of is Maverick catching us and blackmailing Mason!

Sure! I'm on my way

I immediately got up and started my walk to Masons. What ever it is. Good or bad something is going to happen that will affect us.
