Being in karate has been nothing but amazing for Frankie. She got to learn some self defense, become closer with Miguel, get Eli–who now went by Hawk–back as a friend and she realized she was really fucking strong.

Right now, she stood in the Cobra Kai dojo in the front row between Hawk and Miguel. They were all practicing their punches while their sensei walked around the room and corrected anyone if needed.

"Keep your balance, full rotation when you strike." Johnny told Hawk and the boy quickly corrected himself. "Yes, Sensei!" He yelled, taking Johnny's advice. The man nodded, proud of Hawk's change before he started to walk away.

As he turned, the boy behind Hawk flinched. Johnny froze, staring the boy down. "Did you just flinch, Virgin?" He asked but the boy kept his eyes forward, refusing to look at Johnny.

Johnny turned to the boy next to him, who was standing behind Frankie and threw a fake punch at him. When the boy flinched, Johnny gasped. "Holy shit, we got a room full of flinchers!"

"Yes, Sensei!" The students yelled. Frankie knew her sensei would be mad at their words but it was true.

"That was not a question!" Johnny yelled as he moved to stand at the front of the room. Once he was facing all of his students, he threw one arm up angrily. "Raise your hand if you've never been punched in the face."

Frankie kept her hand down but looked around the room. Besides Miguel and Aisha, only two other kids had their hands raised. She looked back to her sensei just as she yelled at the four to put their hands down.

"All your lives, you've been avoiding fights so you don't break your nose or lose a tooth. This concussion nonsense." He said and Frankie's eyebrows furrowed. Did he not believe in concussions? She wasn't going to question him, of course. She kept her mouth shut and let him continue.

"So there's only one solution, and that is before you leave this dojo, each and every one of you is going to take a punch, very hard, to the face." Johnny said and when his eyes landed on Aisha, Frankie frowned.

"Miss Robinson, line them up. Unflinch this group." He instructed before walking out of the room.

Unbeknowst to Frankie, everyone who had to get punched in the face lined up behind her so she would be first. She didn't notice until Hawk side stepped to stand behind her. Frankie looked back to grumble something to Hawk and her eyes widened at the long line behind her.

"Traitors!" She yelled just as Aisha got in front of her. Hawk's eyes were on Aisha behind Frankie. Slowly, he raised his hand and pointed just past Frankie and to Aisha. Frankie turned around and her heart dropped at Aisha toe to toe with her.

Aisha had the same frown on her face, her fists already up. "I love you." Aisha said and Frankie huffed. "I love you too." She muttered back, her face already scrunched together, ready for the blow.
