Third Person's POV:

The room was still and silent as if it hadn't been filled with moans, groans and the sound of skin slapping a few hours ago. Now, the only sounds were the soft breaths of two people lying on the bed and the gentle hum of the air conditioning unit. The room that was once heated with passion was now cold and chilling.

Isabella stirred in her sleep feeling cold. Her arms and upper body were freezing and she shivered slightly. She slowly half-opened her eyes and a sharp pain shot through her head making her hiss softly. She could feel the cold biting at her skin making her uncomfortable. For a moment, she lay still trying to piece together any fragments of memory but her mind remained frustratingly blank.

Slowly, she curled her palms around her arms seeking warmth and comfort in the chill of the room. Finally opening her eyes completely, she looked around the unfamiliar room in confusion.

Where was she? Panic gripped her.

It was then that she noticed something strange. As she glanced down at her body, she realized she was naked. A wave of confusion washed over her and she blinked, trying to make sense of it. The room, the cold, the emptiness in her mind-all of it combined to create a disorienting sensation.

Isabella pulled the blanket up covering herself as she tried to gather her thoughts. She glanced to her side noticing another figure lying next to her equally motionless. The sight of the other person also seemingly asleep only added to her bewilderment. A crimson blush spread across her face and ears immediately.

Why is there a man here?

Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes again willing herself to remember to grasp at any fleeting memory that might explain how she ended up here, in this cold room with a pounding headache and no recollection of the night before.

She turned her head to the right again. His face was hidden but something else caught her attention-a full-arm tattoo.

She frowned; it looked familiar but she couldn't quite grasp where she had seen it before. The more she tried to recall, the more her head pounded making her wince. She gave up, letting the thought slip away.

It didn't matter, did it? They were strangers-two ships passing in the night. There was no point in obsessing over who he was or why he seemed familiar.

A bitter sigh escaped her lips as reality sank in. She had never imagined that this would be how she lost her virginity-in a haze of drugs with someone whose name she didn't even know. She had always thought she'd save it for someone special, someone she might fall in love with someday. But now...this.

She felt a tightness in her chest. Maybe she did want to be a little dramatic, to cry over the mistake she had made.

What had she done? How could she have let herself lose control and become intimate with a stranger? The most irritating and irresponsible part of it all was that she couldn't remember anything-literally nothing. The previous night was a complete blur leaving her with nothing but fragmented flashes and a pounding headache.
