Nyx Avery Madden, called by everyone Avery, is a simple girl with a really easy life, or at least she whishes that was true. She is 17 and in about a month she will be floated, but it won't happen.

Avery's pov
I'm sitting on the floor of my cell staring at the wall thinking that this hell is about to end in just one month, when to guards enter.

- Up against the wall, now-

I do it whitout saying anything until i see the other guard taking something from a box.

- What's that for?-

- No questions. Hold your wrist out-

I see the guard turn on his electric stick, so I do what he tells me.

I fell a little pinch on my wrist and see a bracelet on.

- Take her on the dropship-

I don't understand what he mean by that and while the guard is about to escort me out the cell the other one stops him.

- Wait- he get closer to me and makes me turn around, he raises my hair and i hear a click. He took off my electric collar. I could finally move without getting scared about the electric shock.

I look at him with a shocked face not understending but not really caring, i am free by that metallic torture that's been on me for 4 years.

- Go now- he says.

We leave the cell and that is the moment that I see at least 80 guys being held by the guards and all of them with my same bracelet. While we walk my head is turning everywhere to find one person that unfotunately isn't here.

I get in a long line waiting for my turn to enter the dropship and when it happens I find myself surronded by a ton of people talking to eachother.

We put on our seatbelts and then hear a loud noise coming from outside, but nobody really cares, we're too confused about what we are doing here. They close the door. My eyes wondering around the dropdship looking at everyone until, we're all interrupted by a bang that felt like a crash. It has caused the lights to flicker and some screams from the people.

- What was that- Someone asked.

- It was the atmosphere- a guy answered, I know him, he is Wells Jaha, the son of the chanchellor.
What is he doing here? What are we all doing here?

My thoughts got interrupted by a video. Talking about the devil. Its Jaha.

He was explaining how all of us are being sented on the ground in this moment. On earth? Wasn't it dangerous?

- Your dads a dick Wells- someone said as everyone laughed.

- Spacewalker strikes again!-

As soon as i hear those words my head turn as fast as it could.

Then i saw him.

Finn.

He was there, floating around the dropship with everyone screaming for him.

I couldn't help but smile. Then he saw me. He had a shocked face on not expecting me here. I shrug my shoulders with a smile and by his face i knew he understood what i meant.

It was like that between us, there was no need for words.

I see him go on the first line of people and I can hear him talk. I'm so happy to see him.

I can hear a girl telling Finn to go back in his seat but when he was going, there was a crash that sent him flying to the walls and down to the floor along with two other people who had removed their belts.

- Oh my god Finn!- I say worried sick for my best friend.

The dropship starts to rumble, everyone is screaming and some people even crying, until it gets silent.

- Shh, listen. The engines are off. We're down- Monty Green says.
I don't really know him, we met at earth lessons were he introduced me to is bestfriend, Jasper a strange but funny guy.

After those words everyone took off their seatbelt as fast as they could.

- The outer door is on the lower level, let's go!- someone yelled.
- no! we can't just open the door- a blonde girl said while going down the ladder.

In front of the door there's a really tall guy with a guard uniform. Why would they ever send a guard on earth?

- Stop! The air could be toxic- the blondie says while making her way through the crowd and that, was the moment that i saw her face.
Clarke Griffin. She is the daughter of a really important family on the ark, who knows what she's doing here.

- If the air is toxic we're all dead anyways- the guy says.

- Bellamy?- Octavia says while going through the crowd.

Octavia is one of my closest friends, not that i have much. We also met during Pike lessons but only became friends when I defended her infront of the class. From that day we alway sat nex to eachother.

- My god look how big you are- He says.

- Where's your wristband?- Clarke asks. Octavia turned angrily to her.

- Do you mind? I haven't seen my brother in a year- She says.

- Brother? Nobody has a brother-

- That's Octavia Blake the girl they found under the floor- Some people said.

These comments angered Octavia and she tries striking at them but Bellamy held her back.

- Octavia no! Let's give them something else to remember you by- Bellamy says.

- Oh yeah, like what?- She say controlling herself.

- Like being the first person on earth after 100 years-

I think that Octavia deserves it, after having to hide her all life it was right for her.

He then went for the handle and pulled the door open. It is extremaly bright but after it you could see everything. It's all green, with trees all over the place.

Octavia walks to the front slowly and jumps on the ground.

- We're back bitches!- Octavia yells as everyone is pushinh forward to get a look at the ground. I follow them and stop, admiring the trees, closing my eyes to smell the fresh breeze around us.

We made it.
