"hey baby." cole greeted when the facetime connected.
"i love you so much!" i said.
"i love you too baby." he chuckled.
"ill never be able to repay you from this."
"from what?"
"you bought my classroom list, everything on it and more. this is the second year youve done that". i cried.
"those happy tears?"
"im so grateful for you. how do i deserve you?" i asked.
"you gotta stop crying and get some sleep."
"im nervous and i feel weird." i said.
he watched me as i did my night time skin care.
"you got the first day of school jitters?" he chuckled.
"yes!"
"i have them too for you."
i smiled at him before going back to rubbing the moisturizer in.
"you're so cheesy."
"you're blushing! i love when you blush!" he said.
"stop." i laughed.
"ugh," he groaned. "i miss you."
i picked my phone up and walked into my bedroom, "i miss you too."
"will you call me tomorrow & tell me all about your first day?" he asked. "i want to hear it all."
"i will."
maisie texted me, we moved her into vanderbilt last week and the house is quiet without her, meals are weird because no ones eating while sitting on the counter and shes not nose deep in a book.
she sent a picture of her and her college roommate's to the family group chat with the caption made friends but i miss my books 😘
"why are you smiling?"
"maisie texted."
"oh yeah, shes in college now." he said.
"yeah. we miss her." i said, getting into bed.
"im sure she misses you too."
"yeah." i said.
"i miss you." he said.
"me too."
"get naked for me?"
i rolled my eyes and chuckled, "cole what?"
"you heard me."
"i did but say it again." i said.
"take your clothes off."
"no. i need to sleep." i said.
"just pop a titty please."
"pop your dick out." i joked.
the camera turned around and i shrieked, "no! i was joking!"
"oh cmon." he said, turning the camera around.
"i need sleep."
"fall asleep on facetime, please?" he asked.
"yeah."
i plugged my phone in and set it up to where he can see me.
"i love you, good night."
"i love you too, good night." i said back.
