The fight for a heart

I sat down next to mom and Roy while we ate together, "So, you guys have exams coming up right?" Roy asked and we all nodded "yea exams start in like two weeks." Sarah told Roy "hey kiddo are you alright?" He said looking over at me, "You really don't look too good? You look like you have been dragged through hell. Are you sure you are ok?" I half nod too sore and tired to properly give a response. "I'm just tired. It has been a long day. I think I will eat in my room while I study. Is that alright mom?" she looks up from her plate, "yea sure sweetie. Just make sure to bring your dirty dishes back down and put them in the sink when you're done, okay? And don't stay up too late sweetie." I nodded, grabbed my plate and went to my room. Once in my room I gathered my books and sat down at my desk to eat.
By around 11:35 I decided to start getting ready for bed. I checked my phone and I saw 200+ messages from Peter alone. I sigh and texted him "what do you want Peter?" he quickly replies "oh yay, you finally answered. So how are you doing babe?~ 😘❤️", confused by his banter, I responded, "what are you talking about?" It was a minute before he replied, "Well, we are going out now, don't you remember? After you had your tea you asked me to be your boyfriend 😁" Not knowing what really happened and not wanting to deal with it right now I responded with, "look Peter I don't remember what happened at your house, but can we talk about this after exams? I really need to focus on my studies right now." After he agreed, I plugged my phone in and went to sleep.
When I woke up I looked out my window only to find a gift basket at my window with a tag that read "From: Peter To: My Darling "Damn it, Peter, you're insufferable?" I mumble heatedly under my breath before bringing the basket inside and getting dressed. I put on a plain collared shirt with a blue cardigan over it and a pair of bell bottom jeans.
While at school everywhere I went I found a snack or a drink apparently left by Peter for me or Peter himself gave me something. During lunch TK, Sarah and I were sitting together eating in the lunchroom, when a random guy approached me and handed me a bouquet of roses. He was tall and had black somewhat messy hair cut in a long wolf cut with long bangs, wearing an oversized sweater with green stripes across the sleeve and a collar with green details on it. "these are for you darling Y/N" the boy said before he ran away blushing.
Before I knew it I could hear shouts and scuffling in the hallway outside the lunchroom. I ran into the hall and saw Peter and the boy fighting each other. Running up to them, I grabbed them both by the ear and pulled them back towards the lunchroom door, "that's enough! Break it up between you two. Don't make me beat both of you with a chancla." holds up my chancla/croc scaring both of them. I pointed my chancla/croc at the guy that gave me flowers, Sol. "Thank you for the flowers. But this asshole is crazy." I said and pointed at Peter, "You need to go, I'll deal with this one."
Sol ran off while I scolded Peter. "What the heck do you think you are doing Peter? Why would you try to fight him?", Peter growls as Sol disappears around a corner. "because he was trying to take you away from me" I sigh "Peter he just has a crush on me. It is harmless, besides last I checked, I do not belong to you and I told you we would talk about this relationship you seem to think we are in after exams, so cool it or I will stop talking to you all together." he nodded, twiddling his fingers in shame. I grab his hand and drag him into the lunchroom, finding Sarah and TK still at the table with my bento box next to TK "Peter sit", I ordered and he sat beside me like an obedient little dog.
Before long, Vio sat across from me as we continued to eat. Everyone was shocked to see the usually feared Peter acting like a soft little kitty at the hands of a woman. I could hear people whispering and as I pet Peter with one hand and eat with the other, he purrs like a little kitten. Some of the girls gushed or gasped hearing him purr against my shoulder nuzzling his nose against my neck, "Peter could you not do that? It tickles." Peter quickly pulled away and I got up and threw away my trash. Peter followed me like a lost puppy as I went to the library.
Sol was there and he brought me my books and a soda, which was getting annoying. Between these two fighting over me and giving me things. I was at my limits. I mean, I don't even know Sol enough to like him like that and Peter and his insufferable behaviors. I mentally sighed when Peter started growling into my neck as he watched Sol "Peter calm down. I can't focus on my studies with you being an irritating ass. You need to study too, so stop with the alpha male routine and focus on your studies.", Peter pulled away and started studying. After a few minutes Sol left, clearly uncomfortable from Peter's presence and the fact he kept staring him down behind a book.
