A A R N A

I glanced at his face for any trace of emotion. But there wasn't any. None of it. For a second, it feels like he's a Robot, and there's a button at his back to mould his actions and emotions. Just he's the only one who operates it.

"The morning we came here. My director called me to inform me at the end moment they'd changed the script, and it no longer has two female leads, but one of them has to die."

He inhaled before continuing.
"I was unprepared. The dialogues, the emotions to be acted real. The breakdown is disastrous for me to act because of the deleted emotions just like any of the intimate scenes I was to act with my co-star."

"You acted that scene today?"

He shook his head.
"The one Archer loved died. He only had her after his long merciless life. And I was unrehearsed for what they asked. It reminded me of my break-up months ago. I've moved on from that but I don't know how that tangled me that day. The demons I'm fighting to forget she's no more in my life but you. I had to bring out the real emotions of how losing love hurts."
Losing love. That means He still loves her.

"Will you explain the scene to me?"

It gets all confusing when he explains. Especially thinking that he still hasn't forgotten her. I can't even expect it. He had loved her. And it's not in anyone's control to forget or remember someone so easily. Even if you move on, there is this memory stored in the back of your head.

He shifts, facing to my side now. He continues after making eye contact with me.

"Archer is the male main character in the movie. A mafia who follows his God's footsteps. PASHA. They rescue girls from kidnapping and trafficking, sending them back to their homes, which earns them a good number of enemies. Interfering In the world's business of women trafficking and domestic abuse. Archer is ruthless; he kills mercilessly and asks for the dead body later. The director wanted something new with this. Like a mafia who kills to save."

I gulp when I see the coldness surfacing his grey eyes. He doesn't smile; just his lips move to tell me how he acted.

"We shot the scenes for Part One-months ago. It involved an action thriller. Just the last scene of it was a first-time conversation between Archer and Eva. It became a commercial success worldwide. But the second one. What now we're doing involves the Male character developing emotions for one of his rival's daughters, Eva. Earlier, the director just decided on her memory loss and all that drama. But he informed us on the exact day we were to shoot the killing part and the love-making part together. The day Archer, which is me, claims her body. . . Is the day she dies. Her own father kills her."

The goosebumps erupt on my body when he tells it. It must be tough for him to develop the fake emotions of losing someone so dear. And the fact of shooting the sexual scenes with the killing part was ruthless. Extremely unwell.

Listening to him made me uneasy.
He looked into my eyes when I lay down facing him. Shoving my left palm below my head and the other one on my sides.

"Who is playing the role of Eva in this trilogy?"

"Julia Armas."

My eyes flashed.
"The one who was In the horror movie 'Queen of Witches' which became a Worldwide success recently."
He gives a nod. She's really the youngest talented actress.

"You said two female leads." Who's the second one then?

He yawns before saying the name.
"It's your friend, Sanjana Maheshwari. The Diva celebrity has won millions of hearts with just two Romance fantasy fanfictions and Pride & Prejudice, a new version of Chicago play. The Indian beauty is famous, especially for her sun-kissed tone."
