Dialling Heer's number, I wait for him to pick up.
"Yes, Aarna. Do you need any help?"

I gulp the saliva formed, sniffing my running nose. "Yes. I need your help, Heer."

"Tell me."

"I am ready to undergo the frozen Embryo transfer cycle. Can you please take me to the hospital?"

There's a pause at both ends.
"Are you sure you want to be the surrogate mother? Cause first we need to meet the specialist to ensure you're medically suitable for the surrogacy program."

I inhale a deep breath.
"Yes. It's my decision. I want this to happen."

"Alright then. We need to visit the hospital in Philadelphia where her frozen embryos are kept. We can go there tomorrow. Would it be fine?"

"Yeah. Thank you."

Glancing last at her room, I closed the door.

Coming back to my room.
My room.
It's not our room anymore.
He hasn't come here for weeks.

He stayed in her room, slept there while reading tales to her and showered in the washroom of his study.

Taking Paris's frame, I talk to her.

"Paris. Your wish is coming true. Your child is going to come into the world. I will take care of it like you would have done." Giving her a small smile, I kiss her frame.

Even if I never talked to her. I would always want her child to be like her. Sweet, gorgeous and loving.

"Bhabhi."
My attention is grabbed by Kabir who is at the doorstep.

"Yes, Kabir. Please come inside."

"No. No. It's fine. I just wanted to ask. Do you know where Tristan is?"

My brows furrow together.

"Avyan? No. I haven't seen him. Last time I remember he went to her graveyard."

"Yeah. But it's been almost twelve hours to that. He went at five in the morning. It's almost evening. I went to search for him, but he wasn't there."

"Where must he would have gone?"

"Let me ask his friends."

"I will search for his location."

I nod quickly dialling to his friends one by one if they've seen him. Even his directors and casting team. But none has any clue about him.

When I reach downstairs, Kabir is pacing back and forth in the hallway.
"Did you trace his location?"

"No. His phone is in his room Bhabhi. He hasn't taken it with him."

"Oh my god. Where is he then?"

"Don't stress, Bhabhi. He must have gone somewhere. He would come here soon. I will inquire about our mutual contacts. Okay?"
I give him a nod when he leaves.

When I am about to close the door, a tall figure emerges in front of me.

"Heer?" He walks in my direction. His face is grim. "Just came to give you a small piece of advice."

"What?"

"Discuss your surrogacy with Tristan. If he is ready to nourish the child and take responsibility with you. I can't allow Pery's child to grow without your love, mother's love. Until He doesn't accept you, I can't agree to what you've decided."
