CHAPTER 10

" She needs rest and please make sure she has no mental stress, her mental condition is to fragile to handle critical situations" somebody said in a stern tone.

" Y-yes sir I will take care of it " , and I instantly recognized the voice . It was Aaron's , his voice was stressed , full of worry ,concern. I tired opening my eyes slowing to get a view of him but the light in the room was too bright. My head felt heavy, dizzy , I was not able to make out what as happening in the room. I tried to sit up on the bed but my body wouldn't move. Great now I was going to be dependent on someone in a unknown city as huge as London. That's when I heard footsteps coming towards me, sure Aaron must have seen me struggling on the bed.

" Cora careful, please don't get up stay there", he said putting a hand on my shoulder.

"I can't open my eyes Aaron , I can't open my eyes", I cried out. I was freaking out , I was not able to open my eye , I felt helpless, I somehow wanted my mother with me, besides me , but she wasn't there she had left me alone in this huge world. I crouched on the bed in pain , my head was bursting ,the pain was taking all over my body.

" Cora , please clam down" Aaron said in a clam tone. I knew he was worried about me .

I heard someone enter the room, that's the time I realised that ,when one of your organs don't work the others works in horsepower speed, my ears was working in place of my eye.

" Good morning Miss Gates , did you sleep well?" He said in a cheery tone.

" I slept well doctor " I said blankly. My head was blank, all I wanted to know was why my eye was opening? Was I going to me blink for the rest of my life ? I was only 18 years old. I had hardly seen the world. This could not be the end . I had dreams which I desperately wanted to fulfill my dream and now that I partially started living it this had to happen.

" Doctor , I am not able to open my eyes . Is everything fine? " I asked surprising my voice coming out strong and firm.

" Yes dear , you are absolutely fine we had to put some drops in you eye and that's why you cannot open you eye. " he said with a slight chuckle.
DAMN WHATS SO FUCKING FUNNY?

" You will be able to see properly in and hour or so" he said checking my pulse simultaneously.

" Doctor can I take her home after the checkup today?" Aaron asked.

What ? Why? Why would Aaron want to take me to his home? Oh my god does he want to rape me ? Or sexual harass me ? No no I have to stop him , I don't even know him .

" Ah , no actually I will go to the hostel , I will be fine there" I said . God it felt weird to talk with closed eyes."Thank you so much A-aron for the the help " I said a little slower trying to turn my face toward somewhere he stood , DAMN MY EYES.

" Miss Gates I don't think that's a good idea , you are not totally cured and I can not give you the permission to stay at a hostel with no help.

" But doct---" I was cut of by,
" I'll take her to my house it's fine doctor thank you , I will get the papers ready for her to leave". Aaron said keeping something on the side table and then walked out of the room. The doctor left shortly after giving me a few instructions to which I nod like a small kid.

" Cora .. uhm Cora wake up its time for you to go home " I hear in my sleep
" Mommy please five minutes, I will be up " I whine trying to turn myself to the opposite side of the bed crunching a pillow close to my head.

" Ahh Cora... , it's Aaron " and I jumped to sit straight on the bed.

"awww " I screamed in pain. I felt Aaron holding my back and slowly put me on bed . It felt like an whole damn orchestra was being playing in my head. The doctor rushed in immediately and gave me an injection on my left arm , which fucking hurts too. *crys* It might be for pain relief.
