(F/n) was in her room, sitting on her desk. She was contemplating on what to draw. Her cheeks were a bit swollen and bruised from a previous beating and there were ice packs on her bed, but she didn’t have the energy or care to ice her cheeks. She stopped caring about icing her bruises and swollen limbs a while ago. She just rocked the bruises and if anyone asked, she just said she was clumsy. Everyone knew that wasn’t the case, but there wasn’t much they could do either.
She jolted out of her daydream when she heard a knock on her door.
“(F/n)?” it was Rin, “Can I come in?”
“Sure,” (F/n) replied.
Rin walked into her room and closed the door. She saw the ice packs on (F/n)’s bed and sighed, “You’re not icing your cheeks again?”
(F/n) shrugged, “There’s no point, they’ll heal regardless,”
Rin bit her lip and walked over to (F/n)’s bed, sitting down, “I have a question,”
“What?” (F/n) asked as she started outlining a sketch.
“It’s Kei’s birthday next week,” Rin announced, “And I don’t know what to get him,”
(F/n) stop her outline and look at her sister weirdly, “And how does that pertain to me?”
Rin huffed, “You were his friend before, surely you’d know what to get him,”
(F/n) blinked, “Friend?” some memories she suppressed of her and Tsukishima flashed behind her eyes but she quickly pushed them away, “Why don’t you ask Yamaguchi? He’s more of a friend to him,”
Rin huffed, “Why don’t you ask him instead?”
(F/n) sighed, “Isn’t Tsukishima your boyfriend? You, out of all people, should know what he’d like,”
