“I don’t understand why you’re so irritated!” Rin shot back at Tsukishima.
“Then don’t,” Tsukishima replied.
Yamaguchi rolled his eyes and took a deep breath, trying not to tweak out. This has been happening for the past week now and it was driving him crazy. Every single day there was something that made Rin and Tsukishima argue.
“You’re the worst,” Rin said, crossing her arms.
Tsukishima didn’t say anything and continued working on his homework. Rin didn’t like the lack of response and groaned. Yamaguchi’s eye was twitching and he knew one more comment was going to make him snap.
Ring Ring Ring
Rin and Tsukishima looked at Yamaguchi’s phone which was ringing. Yamaguchi quickly snatched it and answered the call.
“Please tell me you’re picking me up so I can go to Tokyo,” he said to the other line, not even properly greeting the other person.
Rin and Tsukishima raised an eyebrow and looked at one another, putting their argument on pause.
“YES!” Yamaguchi cheered and quickly got up (the three of them were sitting by the side of one of the school buildings) and grabbed his things. He nodded at Tsukishima and Rin to bid his goodbye before cheerfully walking away. Once he was out of sight, Rin spoke up.
“What was that about?” Rin asked.
“Must be (F/n),” Tsukishima said.
Rin raised her eyebrow, “And how would you know that?”
Tsukishima deadpanned, “If you actually paid attention, you’d notice that Yamaguchi doesn’t get excited for anyone else but her,”
“Oh, so I’m an idiot then?” Rin scoffed.
Tsukishima rolled his eyes, “I did not say that,”
“Yeah, but you implied it,” Rin said.
“Not paying attention to detail has nothing to do with being an idiot,” Tsukishima defended his statement.
