Moving to Illinois wasn't the easiest— BUT starting high-school with no friends felt like the absolute WORST. Clearing my throat i walk into my knew home room as i push my glasses up— every thought rushing through my head.

"Hey.." They whisper before i turn my head to meet the most beautiful blue eyes i've ever seen, "I'm Kate— and as long as i'm here, you don't need to worry about those guys." She gave me a toothy smile as i nod nervously.
