VAMPIRE'S LAMENT | JINCENTRIC

✧☬CHAPTER 6☬✧

Shock , anguish , agony , sadness , concern were the emotions felt by the managers who just heard about Dr.Yun's review on Seokjin . Their heart hung heavy at the thought of Jin's suffering.

" From our observations, we were able to conclude that Mr.Kim is diagnosed with a weird type of Porphyria and Reinfield's syndrome . This almost will be incurable . " ,Dr. Yun stated to both the men as they sat speechless on the chair .

" Is it too serious doctor ? What do you mean by incurable ? I am sure there must be someway to cure this ..." ,Sejin asked the doctor .

" It's not too serious and don't worry because he didn't get entire symptoms . "

" What do you mean by ' don't worry ' ? Huh " , Hobeom was frustrated at this point but was calmed down by Sejin . This doctor is getting on his nerve by speaking only bits and pieces of information and not stating a detailed description.

" Well , he will experience pain in his abdomen and will have constipation . I suggest you to get rid of sharp items from him since he is extremely sensitive to pins and needles . He might get muscular cramps occasionally so I need you guys to not make him do heavy works . He will also suffer mentally like having mental confusions , seizures , anxiety which will eventually lead him to have an obsession in drinking blood.............................even yours too gentlemen " , he whispered the last part making Hobeom visibly gulp .

" Just like a vampire " , Sejin mumbled to which Dr.Yun replied , " Indeed ".

" But again there is a lot to worry about and here you are saying not to and saying does symptoms as if you are narrating a story . Are you sure you are a doctor and not some crazy psychiatrist?" Dr. Yun scoffed and gave a done face to Sejin . Hobeom gave a silent apology to him on behalf of Sejin asking him to continue .

"Don't worry kid , I get that a lot . The reason for which I said you guys not to worry is because imagine him getting blisters or rashes in his skin or worse having his nervous system dysfunction . It would affect his career as an idol . Be lucky that he is not too much sensitive to sunli-- yeah talking about this I forgot to tell one thing .

He is not that much sensitive but still it is dangerous for him . He will feel like burning under the sun even if it is for few seconds . No blisters will form on his skin but he may die due to extreme heat and dehydration "

" I have to appreciate you doctor , you know everything that is going to happen eventhough Jin hasn't woken up . You are a genius Dr.Yun " Hobeom was very much impressed by him . The doctor gave him a chuckle and patted his shoulder.

" I like this kid very much . You look like a full course meal for SeokJin . I wonder how much days will it take for him to suck you dry "

Hobeom felt chills down his spine at the doctor's words . Dr.Yun left out a loud laughter looking at Hobeom's horrified expressions.

"Just kidding! Just kidding! "

Jin slowly opened his eyes but immediately closed due to the intensity of light .

' Gosh !! My eyes are burning '

He remained his eyes closed for some moments before opening it again . He took in the surroundings around him and figured out that he is in some hospital room .

He tried to move but felt a sudden pain sot through his whole body . Not having any strength to let out a yelp , he scrunched his face due to pain .

He looked around the room to call someone for help but no one was there at that moment . A wave of panic hit him when he recalled the events from last night .

The rapid beeping of the heart rate monitor along with Jin's heavy breathing echoed throughout the cubicle .

He took off his IV drip in one go making a stream of blood flow down his arm . He tried to get out of bed and stood up , but immediately fell on his butt since his legs gave up .

He wanted to get out of the room and cuddle in his dongsaengs embrace , enjoying the warmth and protection in them . He doesn't have an idea on why he is acting so nervous eventhough he knows really well that nothing is to be worried in a hospital room .

He took a quick glance at his hand and got really confused by seeing his hands . Not because of the bloodied hand but because of his pale skin .

It was so pale that his bluish - green veins were very much visible to his eyes . He checked his legs only to find those bluish-green lines all over his smooth milky legs .

Jin abruptly stood up and made his way to the huge mirror infront of the washroom attached to his room . He constantly stumbled and gripped the walls for support while walking .

The sight of his reflection in the mirror made his heart drop with heaviness . It's just like the sight of him in the nightmare except for that haunted forest is now a hospital room .

His eyes showed a hint of red , his skin was dangerously pale and he even has fangs . He has no idea on why he was so anxious from the moment he woke up .

Something in him triggered that his nightmare the other day was about to come true which made him more anxious . ' No , no ,no , no , no , no ' he muttered the same words under his breath while touching his face frantically .

Tears cascaded down his face uncontrollably as he was unable to calm down . He wouldn't had to panic if it is not for the fangs to his display .

His face was slightly covered with blood which was flowing from his hands .

" SEOKJIN!!" Sejin shouted causing Jin to face him .

Dr.Yun , Hobeom and Sejin were genuinely scared at the sight of this Seokjin knowing that he was practically a blood sucking vampire .

The managers felt a pang in their heart seeing SeokJin in this dishealved state . He didn't deserve this .

SeokJin slowly approached them , gripping the wall as a support but eventually staining the white wall with his red hands .

The scenario was more horrifying than ever . The atmosphere was now filled with horror but it was interrupted by the poor idol's broken voice...

" What h-happen-ed t-to m-me ? "
