VAMPIRE'S LAMENT | JINCENTRIC

" Woah , That's awesome !! SeokJin , you should realize that this disease isn't a curse but rather a boon to you "

" Yeah , unable to wander outside anymore like a normal person is a boon . Dr. Yun , I came here for confrontation not for a compliment " , Jin said as he seated on the section couch .

SeokJin , freaked out by the previous incident immediately went to Dr.Yun's place since the latter suggested not to visit him in hospital and gather unwanted attention fearing his patient's safety .

Jin had a hard time in driving the car . He chose the ones which had tinted glasses and he installed shades temporarily to avoid him from the blinding lights .

The managers would've came with him if Jin made a call but he thought not to bother them anymore . He thought he already gave them a hard time for the past 2 days .

" I am saying that it is a boon because a normal porphyria patient is usually weak and fragile but it's completely opposite in your case . Do you even have an idea of its seriousness ? "

Jin shakes his head as no completely unaware of the consequences of the said disorder . All he is concerned is the possibilities of being cured in the future .

He had donated a large sum of money for his treatment in a desperate need of getting cured before their tours . Though Dr.Yun said it's not possible , Jin insisted him so much to get him cured before their world tour .

SeokJin cannot participate in their concert wholly in this state . He can feel the symptoms like light muscle cramps and abdomen pain when he is walking . He can't imagine the level of pain when he goes through their rigourous choreos .

SeokJin might for sure collapse down if he dance during the concert with his so called sickness .

Jin complained about the body pains to Dr.Yun who insisted him to take painkillers for the time being until he comes with the right one for porphyria victims .

Jin looked around Dr.Yun's house and realised that he is leaving alone . Being curious SeokJin asked , " Do you live alone in this huge house ? "

Dr. Yun's expression changed into a gloomy one . He stayed silent for a couple of seconds until he heaved a sigh , sadness etched in them . He slowly stood and took a photo frame from his cupboard . A sad smile formed in his face when he saw the people in the picture .

He went near SeokJin and showed him the frame . It was a family photo of which Jin assumed . He noticed a man in his late thirties and a woman in her mid thirties along with their daughter .

"This is me , my wife and my beloved daughter ", Dr .Yun pointed to the old , dusty potrait . " They are my beloved ones . We lived our life happily so much that everyone envied on us . That time , I worked as a doctor in a small clinic . Everything was going well until one day I lost all my money to an online scammer .

Being foolish , I gave more amount of money to them in a hope to get back my previous amount . I regretted doing that since they never returned my money . I had to sell my clinic to pay for my daughter's school fees .

My wife went into a deep depression unable to handle all the stress . My world collapsed when she commited Suicide leaving both of us in this cruel world . We both became devastated after her dead . I went jobless for month and sometimes worked as a nurse . My daughter was so strong . She decided to take part-time jobs during night time .

I refused her decision strongly but she sneaked out when I am away from home . She used to work at night and study during day time . She even got a scholarship at a reputed college . Everything was going well again until I was informed that she was raped to death at her workplace .

My l-life s-sh-attered in one night . M-my d-dau-ghter l-left m-me ", Dr.Yun broke into tears after narrating his side of story .

SeokJin's heart ached and his eyes welled up with tears when he saw the broken face of the man before him .

" I-i a-am sorry , I shouldn't have asked that-"

" No , it's ok . I feel a lot better now when I opened up . The reason that I am alive is only because of my patients." , Dr.Yun smiled tenderly , his eyes wrinkling at the action .

Dr.Yun then gave his diet plan and his medications to Jin which needed to be followed strictly .

It was already dark when Jin got out of the house . He was relieved that the sun had already gone down the horizon .

He hugged the doctor one more time and thanked him , " No need to say thanks SeokJin . Seeing you reminds me of my daughter . You both are almost the same "

" Then consider me as your son . From now on , you will never feel alone since your son will often come to visit you " , Dr.Yun smiled ear to ear at SeokJin's words . He bid goodbye to him when SeokJin took off .

Somewhere in Eastern Europe ,

Je Seok wandered through the dark woods , shivering in cold even though he wore thick clothes . He was in search of a catholic Church which was said to be situated in the middle of that particular woods .

He came across several graveyards which gave shiver down his spine . Je Seok regretted to bring another person to accompany him after seeing the creepy atmosphere .

He began his search at morning but he never knew that it would become endless that it become midnight .

He was about to give up when he spotted a church at a distance. Though he is freaked out by its appearance , he mustered up his courage and went inside it .

It reminded him of " Lilith " mv when he saw those paintings and structures inside the church . He came to a halt when he heard someone talk to him .

" What are you doing here alone in the middle of night ? "

Je Seok gulped down his fear and turned to look at the owner of the speaker . He saw a man in his mid forties who is dressed like the protagonist in Oppenheimer . He looked like he haven't slept and ate in days .

Je Seok was surprised to note that he looked like an Asian . Sensing the man's intense stare on him , Je Seok cleared his throat and spoke ,

" I need your help in something important "

" I won't help anyone anymore-"

"It's about vampire " The unknown man looked at him as soon as he heard the word vampire .

" Vampire ? "

" I want you to take down a vampire " , Je Seok said to him . The man smirked at Je Seok .

" Finally , I am going to meet a vampire after a long time . Tell me where the vampire resides , I will make sure that it is dead !!"

Je Seok widened his eyes when he heard the words of the man . He wanted SeokJin to suffer but he does not want him to end up dead . Little did he know that he sees SeokJin as a younger brother .

" D-dead ? Isn't it enough that the vampire suffers ? " , Je Sell tries to reasonwith the man .

" What's the fun to just torture a vampire , torturing it to dead is the real fun . Those screams of the last vampire I killed still satisfies my heart . I wanna see it squirming in the pool of blood , screaming it's lungs out to death . That's the real fun "

Je Seok immediately regretted in meeting this psychotic man . He wanted to leave the place but he was afraid to move his muscle after hearing the man's words . He visibly flinched when the man spoke up

" By the way , Who is that vampire ? "

Je Seok wanted to get out of this deal . He felt cold sweat forming in his forehead . His tongue got stuck in his mouth when he was about to say SeokJin's name . He took a heavy breath and said

" I-I d-don't k-know"
