(Hey everyone! Guess what? I'm not fucking dead! I've just been busy with playing Honkai: Star Rail and preparing for my sophomore year of high school. Yay. But anyway, there is depictions of death by decapitation and a shot to the head in this chapter. There will be a written warning before the scene and something written after it stating it is over for anyone who wishes to not read that section. The next chapter might not be as long as this one, but might take a while to come out, as I'm going to have All Might and Zangetsu have a family counseling session that goes array, so I'll put my research into how it goes. If I don't post in a bit, just assume I'm busy playing HSR, school or trying to rewrite Hazbin Hotel. The song above is LaVI-Bavellabion by SLAVE.V-V-R feat. GUMI, I put it here becuase it's been stuck in my head for weeks. Anyways, I hope this chapter and this rant, isn't too long and that everyone has a good day/night!)

Inside Recovery Girl's office, Zangestu slowly stirred awake, his eyes opening to see the white ceiling of the hospital-like room. The light of the room was blinding with the ceiling's color making the light seem brighter than it actually was. "Why the hell is the light so damn bright?" He spoke with a very groggy tone, a bright light not being something he would want to wake up to, or anyone for that matter.

"Zangetsu, you're awake," Recovery Girl smiled at him as she approved the bed he laid on. Her eyes were closed until she looked to see how healed the boy was, and a look of shock appeared on her face. "Your left eye... Why is it red?"

The male looked at the elderly woman in confusion, not understanding what in the world she was talking about until she brought him a small handheld mirror. Looking into the mirror, he saw that his left eye's usual white pupil was now a crimson red, but his right eye had the usual white. In the back of his mind, he found this completely normal, but telling Recovery Girl that it would ruin the surprise of finding out the truth. In response, Zangetsu replied, "I don't really know, maybe something to do with my quirk. Thanks for letting me stay here for the while, I guess. I'll be going now, I need to find Eri quickly to make sure she's safe."

Zangetsu then quickly got up from the bed, still having his clothes on, since Recovery Girl wasn't allowed to, and left the office. Recovery Girl let out a small sigh in response to the male's actions and sat back on the chair near her desk inside the office, "He sure does care for that girl, even if he tries to deny it sometimes." The elderly lady turned back to face her desk, going back to her paperwork.

Several men hid in a dark alleyway, huddled together in the small and cramped space. All of their gazes were fixed on two very familiar figures, Zangetsu and Eri. The two were walking around the heavily populated shopping district, the little girl holding the teen's hand while she had her side almost completely against his. Eri wore a red dress that had white accents and drills on the arms, the skirt going down to her calves. A crimson backpack is slung over her small shoulders with a water bottle in one of the side pockets. People around the pair would stare at the teen because of the very large and prominent black horns on the side of his head, but he ignored them as he brought Eri into a small store filled with children's clothing.

Watching as Zangetsu and the light blue haired girl went inside the store, the men discussed their next moves. "Is that the kid? The one that killed the boss?" One of them whispered to his colleagues, adjusting the mask on his face. He looked to have shaggy auburn hair that went to his neck at the back and cut short at the front.

The masks the men wore weren't usual masks, they were bird masks, akin to the one worn by doctors in the 13th century in Europe. These men weren't just any regular villains, they were underlings of the late Overhaul, now seeking revenge against the death of their leader.

"Why don't we just storm in there and shoot him!? It'd be a lot easier and quicker to get rid of the bastard!" Another of the men shouted, bringing out two loaded Minebea P9's to pretend to act out shooting the albino teenager in public.
