Y/N'S POV

After what felt like an hour or so, I didn't receive a single call from Billy. I bit my tongue, maybe he forgot to call me back.

I gave up on staying longer without my mom coming into the kitchen to complain so I retreated to my room. But I felt something at the back of my head, telling me that something went wrong.

Eventually I fell asleep, hoping tomorrow will be all fine.

3RD POV

Y/n did her daily routine in the morning before school. Her mom's bickering never came to an end but she stayed silent about something unsettling. Knowing it would sacrifice her daughter's mental.

Y/n had no troubles on her way to school besides slightly limping, but couldn't find Billy at his usual spot at the front gates. He'd wait for her there every morning. Y/n immediately knew something was wrong, she ran into school in hopes that she might find Billy there already.

But at last, she was met with nothing. His seat was empty. Billy wasn't here. Y/n's heart rate quickened, she felt her blood run cold. Chills sprinkled her body. "Billy?" Y/n stammered under her breath.

As she stood at the doorway stunned, some students 'accidentally' shoved passed her, leaving her mouth fixed opened.

She proceeded to swallow the dry air before anxiously taking her seat. She didn't know what to do or say. Maybe Billy was secretly at the washroom. She tried to ease her nerves but to no avail, she struggled to breathe.

The teacher seemed to notice, walking up to Y/n with an annoyed expression. "Y/n, if you need more air then step out." The teacher demanded, laced with anger. She bit her lip, pent up anger from the two disappearances. "Well fuck you!" She shouted furiously, the classmates gasped and erupted into giggles.

"Have fun talking to the principle young la-" The teacher yelled after Y/n's exit, slamming the door. Y/n bit her thumb as she stormed off to the principle's office. Surprisingly catching two police officers speaking with the principle.

Y/n's tempered immediately switched to fear. Is the police here for the reason she thought of? Y/n anxiously knocked 4 times. Instead of hearing a "Come in," a police officer opened the door with a blunt expression.

"Luckily, I was about to call you and your friends." The principle explained before motioning Y/n to sit in the empty chair in front of him. She obliged and sat down.
