TW : STALKING THEMES

Y/N'S POV

          I woke up to a ringing sound, making me wince from reflex. I grunted with the palm of my hands covering my ears. My vision started off blurry but after a couple blinks my vision was slowly restoring. I then glanced around the room.

I was all alone and I panicked. I tried to stand up but my head throbbed painfully. "Shit.." I cursed to myself, holding my head with one hand as I stumbled towards the door which had a small square  window on the top.

I peaked over to see a set of staircases on the side and a door across from me. Confused by the layout, I checked around the room once more.

I saw a barred up window at the very top of the room which reached about 10 ft tall or more. Then my eyes caught onto the bed I laid in. Two blurry items sat there, possibly resembling books.

My legs carried me over to the bed and sat down carefully. With a better view of the items, it was an unlabeled book and an album of sorts.

My fingers trembled as I reached onto the cover of the unlabeled book. An uneasy feeling sunk into my gut but curiosity lingered from thoughts running through my head.

I gasped, a picture of me was placed onto the empty page. Right in the middle. My eyes shot open in a cold sweat. I felt my heart jump from the piercing fear.  Shakily, I gained the courage to turn the page.

 It got worst as I read ;

Y/n L/n.

I dreamt about you many times now. I'm starting to think it's destiny, a sign that you're the one. I'd love to tell you about the dreams, I really do.

 Ah, I can already see the terror in your eyes, the way your happiness fades away slowly as your friends disappear one by one. Are we interlinked?

I'd give anything to see that look again, even if you'll end up hating me. I'll save you from your mother's harm.

That pathetic woman didn't care about you but I do. I'll care for you like the loving parental figure you longed for. You'll be my beautiful daughter.

My perfect girl.

That was the end of it. Tears crept down my face and onto the page as I sucked in the information. Many thoughts swarmed through my head like a raging hurricane. "My M-Mom?" I muttered under my breath.
