17. Real Life

"So Hana," Jin asked making the photographer look up from feeding baby Charlie her bottle, "when are you heading off to join Felix and the others?"

They had just finished eating their meals and were now sitting around the living room in the boys' dorm. The little dinner party was a success and baby Charlie had enjoyed playing with all of her BTS uncles specially Jimin who had given her a stuffed teddy bear.

"I bet Felix is missing you and Charlie Moon," Tae said as he nodded at the dozing infant in Hana's lap and Hana smiled, "I heard they're in Japan still right?"

"Yeah they have two shows in Kobe and two in Tokyo," Hana replied making the boys nod, "so I was thinking of flying to Japan for their second show in Tokyo."

"Felix must be excited for finally have his tow girls with him again," Jin said with a grin making Hana smile, "bet his been missing his little girl and you a lot after you went home to Australia with AiDi and then flew back a day after to be our videographer and photographer."

"He is," Hana said with a smile, "even though we FaceTime and text each other often it's not the same as when we were together the first few days of Stray Kids being on tour."

"You said you were only there for their first two shows before having to fly to Australia with AiDi since his classes started," her cousin, Jimin, asked and Hana nodded, "so it's understandable that you both miss each other and that Charlie misses her APPA."

"Yeah," Hana replied nodding as she looked down at her 10 month old baby now peacefully asleep in her mama's arms, "she lights up every time he calls. She recognizes his voice. It has always been like that since before she was born too. Every time Felix talked to her when she was still in my belly she would move like crazy."

The table smiled at the fond memory of Hana being pregnant with baby Charlie and how Felix despite the distance always made sure to visit her during their breaks or talked with her over the phone.

"I can't imagine having a girlfriend and a child and having to away for long periods of time," Namjoon said, "even now that we're all enlisting in the military it'd be hard to have a relationship let alone a child."

"I can't imagine not being with my partner and child," Jin said shaking his head, "if I ever have one."

"Neither can I," Tae nodded in agreement.

"Same," Jungkook and Yoongi added with a nod.

"But you and Felix are real troopers," J-Hope said making Hana smile, "you both are amazing parents and Charlie is an incredibly lucky bag to have two amazing, devoted and talented parents like you both."

"Have you and Felix thought about settling down together? Like here in South Korea, I mean?" Jimin asked her and Hana shook her head making the group look at her with raised brows.

"Why not?" Yoongi questioned as he sat straighter in his seat to give Hana his undivided attention and Hana took a deep breath before sighing.

"Felix thinks that's it would be best if I remain in Australia since both our families are there and it's safer to raise Charlie there since there aren't many fans that would harass us there," she replied but added, "unlike here. When we were here there were fans everywhere wanting to get a picture of Charlie in every corner and it made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy specially with both Felix and I wanting to keep her identity hidden until she is old enough to make that choice herself."

The room fell silent for a moment as Hana's words resonated with her friends. They exchanged concerned glances, fully understanding the depth of her feelings about maintaining Charlie's privacy.
