I live by the famous saying I'd rather know than not. So yes it hurts but at least I know. So yes it hurts but its about what you do with that hurt. The main goal to do with that hurt is to initially feel the feeling, release/let it go, and transmute it into something that can be useful for you.

So if you're feeling down but then make the conscious decision to be like i don't want to be down anymore and then you say lets be happy lets get out of this funk. But it starts with you. The goal is to do it for you. Dont make it someone else's business to make you feel better. Yes it's good to talk about it and let those close to you know how you are feeling but it is up to you to be your own happiness. They are simply just additions to your happiness. Because after all we are all one. But we are having our own separate experiences, So do it for you. When it's done by you it will make you feel even better because who knows you better than you.

All this stems down from knowing that we are energy and vibrations in motion. Which in turn depending on the energy and or vibration you are on determines exactly how you will feel in that given moment. Making it imperative to do absolutely everything that you love. Don't chase the things you love but accept them as they are. Because they accept you love you and want you as much as you want them.. leading to the next topic .. 🤭 (still editing just wanted to get this part out)
