Daniece Pov

I'm trying to stifle my laugh as I look at my friends face expressions.

Renae looks like she has seen a ghost, Shaniece hair looks like World War three has begun, Anna staring out of space instead of looking on the paper.

You a chat?

Murdaa mi shame, I don't know what's going on this paper!!

We are doing our mathematics exam, and tbh I don't remember one formula.

But yuh memba jada kingdom dis lyrics doh.

Shut up.

As I stare back at the math paper, my head starts to pound real hard. The numbers and symbols blur together, making my eyes water. I feel a wave of panic wash over me, my heart racing with anxiety. 6899, the numbers seem to taunt me, a reminder of the complex problems I struggle to solve. I take a deep breath, trying to calm myself down, but my mind is a jumble of formulas and theorems. I feel like I'm drowning in a sea of math, unable to find a lifeline. Why did I ever think I could handle this class.

Tooo nuff!

Too likkle bit and nuf....

As the test was now finished, I waited for my friends to come out. I paced back and forth in front of the auditorium, my mind racing with thoughts of how I did. Did I get that tricky question, right? Should I have spent more time on the equation?

Mussi mad tpc, after we in deh a dead.

Dat mi a say to.

Looking at my friend's face, I couldn't help but laugh. "De test have uno head a way," I teased, chuckling at Renae's frazzled expression.

She rolled her eyes good-naturedly. "Shut up, man. Mi glad say it over."

I grinned. "Yf, me too. Mi almost guh mad in deh so girl."

We all burst out laughing, releasing all the tension and stress of the past hour.

"Have  head a way," Shaniece repeated, giggling. "Yuh see wen uno call Lastnight a break mi tek from ih practicing of formulas feh today eno, and all now mi nuh see weh mi practice fah," she hissed annoyed.

"At least you do summo," I shot back, smiling.

She looked at me with face, saying,'Bitch stfu' and I just burst out laughing and she joined.

"Chro man," Shan said before walking off.

As Renae and Shan talk and laugh at something, I turn to Anna, who is on her phone smiling.

"Lover girl," I teased her.

"..what a way yah leff chops alone only feh hear-"

"Foot pon shoulder,  yes girl, what a way," I was cut off by Renae loud mouth.

"Yuh nuff ee gyal," I looked at her with a grinned on my face.

"So wait, how me nuh know say foot pon shoulder gwaan," Shaniece asked, confused.

"HEhEhEHEeeeeeHe," Anna laughs at Shaniece reaction.

"Hear oh handicap," Shaniece commented on Anna's laughing.

"So girl," she pauesd, " after mi mek plans the day feh guh look feh such man."

"...two two mi see a car a drive and mi say please God nuh mek a him, same so the car a pass, mi see my boy and then mi see the car stop and then a him mi see when the window roll down."

"Bomboclaat, yuh salt man," Shan said as we reached the bus stop to take our vehicle.

"Girl mi vex," Anna says.
