Joshua pulled up to the front of the museum and put it in the park. He looked out the passenger window to see if Naryeon was there. There were tons of people walking down the steps of the museum. He looked at his watch, and it read 5:05. The museum's closing time. He turned off his car and got out. He adjusted his jacket and walked around the car. He looked around, seeing if he could spot her in the crowd. He took one last look at the entrance to the museum and finally saw her. She was putting her coat on as she was walking out the doors. Joshua could not stop staring. She looked gorgeous. Naryeon had on a black dress and black shoes, along with her dark blue trench coat. She made eye contact and smiled at him, quickly walking down the steps. She was in front of him in seconds.
"Hello Joshua. I must say this is a surprise. A nice one, though."
Joshua smiled. "Good evening, Naryeon. I'm glad to hear that." He opened the passenger door and motioned for her to get it. Naryeon pushed some hair back behind her hair and went to get in. Once she was fully in, he shut the door and walked over to the driver's side and got in. He looked at his car mirrors to make sure no cars were coming, and then he started driving.
"How was work today?" He asked, taking a quick look over at her.
"It was good. Not too busy. How about you?"
"Pretty decent. My boss wants me to go to China for a business trip."
"Jinjja?! That sounds fun. When do you leave?"
"Monday morning and come back Saturday. I just have to attend meetings and take notes. Shouldn't be bad. Are you in the mood for anything specific?"
"I'm down for anything! There is a good restaurant a few minutes from here. Daol Charcoal Grill." Naryeon smiled.
"Ah, I've been their before. It's wonderful!" Joshua smiled back at her, catching her eye. She had a contagious smile and laugh. He continued driving. Traffic wasn't too bad tonight, so they made it there in ten minutes.
Joshua parked the car and hurried to get out. He walked quickly over to the passenger side and opened the door for her. Naryeon smiled, stepping out of his car. "Thank you."
"My pleasure." He held his arm out to her, and she wrapped her arm around his.
They walked up to the entrance where a doorman opened the door for them. They walked in. the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Most of the tables were full of people. They walked up to the host.
"Just the two of you tonight?" The host said, smiling.
"Yes, sir." Joshua asked.
"Follow me."
They followed the host over towards the other side. It was somewhat secluded, which they both liked. The host set the menus down and stepped to the side to let them sit down.
"Your waiter will be with you shortly." The host left.
Joshua and Naryeon picked up the menu. There were so many options to choose from. They decided on what to get. Bulgogi, bibimbap, a side of kimchi and mandu. The waiter took their order and left, telling them he would bring their drinks back.
Naryeon looked around the restaurant. It was now packed. She looked back at Joshua, who was doing the same thing. The waiter brought the drinks. Two glasses of soju and waters.
"So, tell me more about yourself, Joshua. I know a little bit, but I want to know more. Where do you work?"
Joshua laughed, playing with his glass of soju. "Well, I work as a cyber security officer, at a national intelligence service company. Protecting military networks and the country against Cyber attacks from enemy forces."
