Beep, beep, honk, beep.

Naryeon slowly opened her eyes. Light was trying to shine through the curtains of her window. She sat up, rubber her eyes and swung her legs out from under the covers. She looked over at the clock sitting by her bed. 9am. She reached for the sweatshirt that was surprisingly still on the bed. She put her arms through first then her head. She stood up and let the sweatshirt fall down. Naryeon walked over to the window and pulled the curtain back. It was going to be a sunny day. Cool but sunny. A strong scent hit her. Coffee and food. Her stomach grumbled. "Okay tummy. Let's go eat."

She was about to open the door when she looked down. No pants. How embarrassing would that be. Naryeon found the sweatpants on the floor, picked them up and slid her legs in. There, now she was ready. She opened the door and walked put to the kitchen. She turned the corner and saw Joshua making eggs.

"Morning. Coffee is ready, unless you want tea. I can get that going." Joshua said, looking up at her.

"Coffee sounds wonderful." She smiled and went over to grab a mug. She poured the coffee in and then added 2 cream and sugars that was sitting next to the coffee pot. She went over and pulled out a stool and sat down, leaning on the kitchen island counter.

Joshua placed a bowl in front of her. Rice, kimchi, and fried egg. "Hopefully you like it. This is my typical breakfast."

"Thank you. It smells wonderful." Naryeon replied, grabbing some chopsticks and digging in.

They made small talk while they ate. When they were finished, Naryeon grabbed the plates and went to rinse them in the sink. She looked over at the dish washer. "Are these dirty or clean dishes?" She asked.

"Dirty. I can do that." Joshua said, standing up.

"No, no. I'll do it. The least I can do since you are giving me a place to stay temporarily." She smiled at him, while placing plates and silverware in the washer. Once all the dishes were in, she closed it. There wasn't to start it just yet.

"I should probably stop by my apartment and grab a few things. Are you able to drive me? I can always call Junseo too if you need to prepare for your trip tomorrow."

Joshua nodded. "Yeah, I can take you. Hopefully your ex won't be waiting for you. Where do you live?"

"I live 10 minutes away from the National Museum of Natural History, south. I'm not sure how far it is form here though. Let me check." Naryeon grabbed her cell and went to google maps.

"Says here that we are 25 minutes from here to my place."

"Alright. I'll go get dressed and then we can head out. Sound good?" Joshua asked.

"Yup. I'll probably just stay in these clothes. I don't want to wear my dress. I'll wait out here."

Joshua nodded at her and went to his room. He shut the door and went to his bathroom. He brushed his teeth and combed his hair. He walked out and went over to his walk-in closet. He stripped down to his boxers, throwing his pajama pants into the hamper. He pulled out a pair of worn out jeans, a white undershirt and then a blue button down shirt. Once he was dressed, he put on some socks and walked out to the main room. Naryeon was on the phone with someone. She looked over at him and nodded, letting him know she is ready.

"I'll see you in a few minutes Junseo. Thanks for the update." She hung up and put her phone in her purse.

Joshua went to the closet and grab his tennis shoes. "Everything okay?" He asked, as he grabbed his wallet and keys form his coat pocket.

"Yeah, apartment is still standing. Yunsu was there this morning, banging on my door. Junseo told him if he didn't leave, he'd call the cops. So we should be in the clear. Now before I walk over to the door, please do not judge."
