2 weeks later

2 weeks have passed since the first day of university and we became good friends with Bryce and Lorenzo . Even Melissa have been trying to cooperate and be nice , however Bryce and Kessia are like buddies now . They are together most of the time and Laura is still crazy over that dude Vince .
I don't know what is his problem and how can he be so rude to our sweet Laura, especially when she is so kind and loveable.
She is my best friend because she never makes me cry like Kessia do and never scolds me like Melissa do . But she just uses to be a bit insecure abt herself idk why even though she is so pretty and cute. And now because of that guy she have taken her insecureness to an another level . She is always like "He don't even look at me maybe because i m not that pretty"  . She is always sticking to him and telling him all the things that happened to her throughout the day . While he don't even pay her any attention Melissa and Kessia tries to explain her but she never understands--
I was interrupted in between my thoughts by a deep voice "Arabella..." I looked at the source of the voice and saw that it was Lorenzo. "Yes?" I asked , "Today we r having a group party , wanna join?" He asked while smiling . "Who else is joining?" , "Um.. there'll be Kessia , Laura , Rowan , Vince and maybe Melissa aswell" he said while smiling except when he said Melissa , his expression changed to horror , it was funny .
"So u r afraid of her..." I said , "Nope it's not like that , i mean she is always so angry idk why but its uneasy uk..." He said while fidgeting with his fingers . "I understand, but she isn't just angry all the time , she is very nice and she just care about us alot and is always worried that someone might hurt us ... That's why she is a bit rude ." , "hm... Okay... I understand now... Btw are u joining?" He asked again . "Ofc i am" i said while smiling. "Okay... So meet ya at the party , and yeah party is at my place and the timing to arrive is 7 in the evening, bye bye" Lorenzo said before walking away.
After the university,  Laura gave me a ride to home. I laid down in my bed as soon as i reached my room.
I was exhausted af . Soon i fell asleep and when i woke up i looked at the time and it was already 5 in evening and we r supposed to be at the party at 7 i quickly ran to the bathroom and got ready .
I wore a Pink skirt, with a pink sweat shirt . Simple yet cute . I got inside the car and asked Mr.Johnes(Driver) to drive it to Lorenzo's place as the car had a gps screen in it and Lorenzo sent me his location earlier in the university.

As i knocked on the front door of his house , it took a few moments before it opened , Lorenzo stood at the opposite side . "Hello" i greeted , "Hi so u r finally here " he said giving me space to go inside . I stepped into his house it was luxurious all the walls were painted green while the ceiling was yellow and there was a glass window to his backyard in the living room . "Yeah , so.. where is everyone?" I asked as the living room was all empty . "Well nobody except you and Rowan have came yet ... And he is in my room u should go there too . I will be there in a minute." He said . Rowan , yeah that guy who looks so dangerous and scary . Ik i shouldn't be saying this and judging him by his cover but still he never even talks to me and whenever he looks at me i feels like he wants to hurt me.
I agreed to Lorenzo because I dont want him to feel that I am a type of person who judges people by their appearance ,but he isn't ugly at all instead he is very handsome and he even have grey eyes, he just looks dangerous to me maybe because he have so much tattoos but Vince also have tattoos i dont feel scared from him and he also doesn't talk to me . I don't know why but it's just with Rowan that i feel this way.
I entered the room slowly making sure he knows that someone is entering . As i entered I saw him sitting on a grey couch in the room and staring at his phone screen.
Dark, cold and Dangerous is what I thinks about him . He looked up at me and then stared for a while before shifting back to his phone screen I sat on the couch as well on the right side as he was on the left .
My breathing hitched and i felt like i should run away but I stayed . The awkward silence was killing me and I kept on fidgeting with my fingers .
"Calm down, I m not gonna eat u" I heard a deep husky voice that sent a shiver down my spine . "Ohh.. yeah..." My voice came out as if i m doubtful and what's with the answer i needed to say no i don't think like that abt you . Argh... why am i messing this up. I have to say something , anything but what?!! "Um.. so u were the first one to come?" What an stupid question ⁉️ it is obvious that he was , as he was the first one here. "yeah and you were second, right?" he putted his phone aside before saying . He is mocking me, right , because I asked such a question and he threw the similar stupid question right back at me . "Yeah." I said as cheerfully as possible. "So, miss Harley , I thought that u r a talkative person but u r all silent.... Is there any problem?" He said , "Nope it's just i didn't knew what to talk about , u know we haven't really had a conversation ever before so i didn't knew what might pull your interest into a conversation and I don't wanna sound boring by just bringing my own interests up uk." I replied as quickly as possible and yeah this was the way i am, always over sharing and over explaining. He stared blankly at me ohh my god ... Does he think i m a psychopath because i talked to much . I bit my bottom lip out of nervousness and why do i care so much about what he thinks abt me . "It doesn't matter what r my interests if u r the one talking." He said calmly . Now i was the one staring blankly out of confusion "What?" My voice came out in a confused tone . He opened his mouth to say something but the door knob's turning sound interrupted and the one who stepped in this time was Bryce . "Hello, Melissa and Rowan , U guys were early." He said. "We weren't early but u r the one who is late ." Rowan replied and i nodded in agreement . "Ohh come on Melissa u r on his side" Bryce said which made me chuckle " I m not on his side but he is right ." I said "well then u r not on my side . That's bad . " Rowan said and i felt like chuckling again i m feeling comfortable around him now, a bit. "U have to win me" i said and winked . "I will do anything to win u , then" Rowan said , and i felt something unfamiliar in my stomach-- "Are you guys done flirting" we looked at Bryce together , who was standing there with a mischievous smile on his face . "Shut up!" We both said together .
I am not feeling so uneasy around him , now....
